Tinge is a mood tracker and emotion diary for iPhone and iPad. Tap one of twelve colors whenever you feel something, and your day draws itself as a river of feelings — no typing, no questionnaires, no account. It's for anyone who wants to see how their days really feel, without the homework: no streaks, no scores, no prompts asking you to reflect. Color is the only voice. HOW IT WORKS Twelve feelings, twelve colors: joy, gratitude, surprise, love, calm, anger, fear, anxiety, loneliness, sadness, disgust and guilt. Each one lives in a small glass vial that fills as you tap it. Every tap becomes a drop in today's river — joy pools gold, anxiety runs indigo, calm settles teal. Tap once for a passing mood; tap again and again when the feeling is big. By evening, your day reads like a weather report. THE RIVER Time is the water, your feelings are the ink. Your day flows left to right, from 4 AM to now, as a thin stream that keeps running even through the hours you felt nothing. Each feeling lingers downstream for a while, and the river rises with lighter feelings and sinks with heavier ones, so a day that leans upward literally looks lighter. Tap a moment to add a feeling you forgot; drag to scrub back through your day. THE WALL Days stack into a wall of little rivers, with a 30-day curve of your ups and downs. Pinch to zoom out to a month grid, each day tinted by its strongest feeling. A PAGE FOR EVERY DAY Share any day as a page from a tear-off calendar: its river, the date, its strongest feelings and a line of classic literature chosen for its mood. Wordsworth, Dickinson, Shakespeare, Austen and more, quoted word for word from public-domain editions; in every language the lines come from that language's own writers. QUICK LOGGING Log from the Home Screen widget, with Siri ("Log Joy in Tinge"), the Action button, or straight from the daily reminder — long-press the notification and tap a color without opening the app. APPLE HEALTH Optionally save every tap to Apple Health as a State of Mind entry (write-only), so your feelings sit next to your sleep and activity. Off until you turn it on. AI RECAP, WRITTEN ON YOUR DEVICE A few lines about your last 30 days, written on your iPhone or iPad by Apple Intelligence (on devices that support it). No cloud AI: your diary is never sent to a server. NOTES, PHOTOS AND DAY NAMES Long-press a color to attach a note or a photo. Name your days — or let Tinge name them for you: Still Water, Spiral, Honeyed, Mixed Weather. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your diary stays on your device, synced only through your own iCloud if you want it. Optional Face ID lock. Export everything as CSV or JSON, anytime. No account. No ads. No analytics. Only anonymous crash reports, which you can turn off. Free, for iPhone and iPad. In English, Dutch, German, French and Spanish — pick the app's language in Settings. Tinge — tap a color, read your day.
