Your friends get a notification instantly. No phone tags, no back-and-forth. ALWAYS KNOW WHO'S IN See a live count of who's confirmed, who's still thinking, and who can't make it. Color-coded player cards show your group status at a glance — green for in, amber for pending. SMART WAITLIST SYSTEM Got more friends than spots? Invite your full list and let Tee Time handle the waitlist automatically. When someone drops out, the next person in line gets a spot immediately. TRACK SCORES Keep track of your scores for rounds between your friends ORGANIZER CONTROLS Running the round? Send reminders to anyone who hasn't responded, manage your player list, and keep things moving. Players can decline with a reason so you always know what's going on. GolfOps runs your club day, from the tee sheet to the final leaderboard. LIVE LEADERBOARDS Follow every player and team hole by hole while the round is on. Your own row stays pinned, and position changes are marked as scores come in. SCORE FROM THE CART Tap your score on big, clear keys, with your tee's yardage on every hole. Scores are saved on your phone first, so the card keeps working out of signal and syncs when you're back. Score for your playing partners, add putts, greens and fairways, and review the whole group's card before you submit. TEAM FORMATS AND RYDER CUPS Scrambles, shambles, best ball and alternate shot. Pick whose drive you played and keep track of drive minimums. Ryder Cup events show every match and the points race side by side, with hole-by-hole detail and stats for each side. KNOW YOUR GAME My stats shows your scoring average, personal bests, scoring mix, greens in regulation, fairways hit and putts across your rounds, where your club's plan includes stats. YOUR SEASON AND SCHEDULE Season standings, upcoming events, registration in a tap, your tee time and group, and a guide to the course. FOR YOUR CLUB GolfOps is used by golf clubs, leagues and golf trips. Your club sets up its events in the GolfOps web console; members use this app to join their club, play, score and follow along.
