Sobriety Guard quit and build into two rails. Hold a line or log a done action in two seconds. Slips stay on the calendar; kept totals never reset. Dual streaks, makeup before noon, a monthly shield, 4-7-8 breath, a ten-minute wait, and swap moves. Month ledger, year map, local sheets, medals, and two short rooms: Twin Dawn and Calm Catch. Offline. No feed, no ads.
