About

Rep Up

Features

Rep Up is a gym workout log for people who train alone. It plans your week and records your sets, weight and reps, with no fuss. YOUR PLAN, YOUR WAY Build your week with the app's rules, paste your own workout sheet, or use the optional Google Gemini plan builder on iPhone. The AI option requires confirming you are 18 or older, a supported region and your consent before each request. Check the plan before you train. PASTE YOUR WORKOUT SHEET Paste the whole text of your sheet and review exercises, sets and reps before saving. The text is read on your device and is not sent to AI. AT THE GYM, ONE HAND Each exercise opens with the load from last time. Log the set and follow your rest time. Swap an exercise when the machine is busy, without rewriting your plan. WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL After the first sign-in, your workout and set logging work on the device even offline. Your account keeps your history when you change phones. The AI plan builder needs a connection. EXERCISE CATALOG Exercises with images and execution instructions. Filter by muscle or equipment. YOUR NUMBERS See your records per exercise and weekly volume per muscle group. Choose the tone of the app and follow your progress. APPLE HEALTH, IF YOU WANT The integration starts off. When you turn it on, the app asks permission to save your strength sessions to Apple Health. YOUR DATA IS YOURS Export your data as JSON and delete your account inside the app. Before the AI plan builder runs, a notice explains which options go to Google and how the free service may use inputs and responses. Rep Up does not count calories, build diets or replace a fitness professional. A Google or Apple account is required. Free, no ads and no in-app purchases.
