Ramz is a UAE camel-auction platform. It brings sellers and buyers together in live auctions with clear rules, and the Ramz team reviews every listing, every account and every bank transfer before approving it. Browse without an account Open the app and browse live and upcoming auctions, lot pages and past results without signing in. You need a verified account only when you want to bid or to list your camels for sale. A complete lot page - Two side photos and a video for every lot, with a photo viewer that zooms into the details. - Type, age, colour, sire, dam and origin as entered by the seller, in the terms camel owners use: Bakra, Qaood, Hayel, Baeer, Madani, Azoof. - The seller's description, and videos of his previous races on YouTube if he added them. - Tests and documents the seller attaches, such as medical and lineage-match tests, clearly marked once the Ramz team has reviewed them. Live, fair bidding - Each lot has its own countdown, driven by the server clock, not your phone's. - Fixed bid increments set by the platform operator for each auction. - A bid in the final seconds extends that lot's clock by a limited amount, so no lot is decided by a last-second snipe. - The live bid feed shows a shortened name only, so no bidder's identity is revealed. - If the seller set a minimum sale price and the highest bid does not reach it, the lot is not sold. A verified account and a refundable deposit - Create your account with your email and your UAE mobile number, then verify your identity with your Emirates ID number and photos of the card, reviewed by the Ramz team. - Before bidding, pay the bidding deposit by bank transfer to the platform's account and upload the receipt in the app; the Ramz team approves it. - If you do not win, the deposit is refunded after the auction; if you win, it counts toward the price. - Sign-in with UAE PASS, the UAE digital identity, will be enabled once the platform's onboarding with the service is complete. After you win: the sale step by step - An inspection period set by the operator, to see the camel and confirm it matches before you pay. - Transfer the balance and upload the receipt; the Ramz team confirms it. - Collect the camel yourself or choose delivery arranged by the platform, then confirm the handover. - Madani lots carry the Madani acknowledgment, accepted by the seller when listing and by the buyer before bidding. For sellers - List your camels through a guided form: details, pedigree, location, two photos and a video, and an optional minimum sale price. - No listing is shown to the public before the Ramz team reviews and approves it. - Track your listings, and any unsold charges, in My listings. Notifications The in-app notification centre tells you when you are outbid, when you win, when your deposit or listing is approved, and at each step of a sale. Payments Nothing is paid inside the app. Every amount is a bank transfer reviewed by the Ramz team, and the lots are live camels handed over outside the app. Your account and your data You can delete your account yourself inside the app, from Account; before deleting, the app shows what is deleted and what is kept. The privacy policy and the terms are available in the app and on the platform's website. The app is in Arabic.
