FastZen tracks your fast and lets you move one date without rewriting your weekly routine. Dinner running late? Adjust that day and keep the rest of your week. Preview the next 7 days, including start times, planned finishes and rest days. โข Start a 16:8, 18:6, 20:4 or OMAD (23-hour) fast. โข Set a custom duration from 1 to 48 hours. โข See elapsed time, remaining time and your planned finish. โข Review completed sessions and correct their times. โข Repeat one start time on the weekdays you choose. Your active session stays saved when you close the app. No account, no ads and no server sync. The widget puts your fast on the Home Screen. On iPhone, a Live Activity shows your session on the Lock Screen for up to 8 hours, the iOS limit. The session stays saved in the app. FastZen is a tracking tool, not medical advice or a promise of weight loss. Custom Week is a one-time purchase with no subscription. It unlocks a separate plan and start time for each weekday, rest days, and changes to a single date without changing your recurring week. People who used FastZen before version 1.1.0 keep that access without paying.
Elixr

Elixr is a supplement tracker with absorption science built in. It flags the supplements in your routine that cancel each other out โ and shows you the study behind every note. Most trackers just buzz at you at 9am. Elixr knows that calcium blocks iron, that zinc and copper compete for the same pathway, and that coffee cuts iron absorption โ and it tells you when you've put two of them in the same time slot. FLAGS COMBINATIONS THAT CANCEL OUT 15 research-backed interaction pairs, each with a one-tap link to the study on PubMed. Plain language, no jargon, and a clear note that this is information โ not medical advice. TIMING TRAVELS WITH EACH SUPPLEMENT Set the conditions once: with food, on an empty stomach, needs a fat-rich meal, away from coffee and tea. Assign it to a time of day and Elixr checks the fit โ something that needs food, dropped into a slot without it, gets flagged right on your Today screen. Start typing and Elixr recognises 61 common supplements and fills in their usual conditions for you. REMINDERS THAT FOLLOW YOUR REAL SCHEDULE Every day, chosen weekdays, or every few days โ with start dates, end dates, a pause while you take a break, and as-needed items that never nag. Each notification lists exactly what's due. Mark everything taken, or snooze 30 minutes, without opening the app. HOME SCREEN WIDGET Small, medium or large. See what's still due, tick off a single supplement, or mark a whole time slot done โ straight from the home screen. CONSISTENCY, NOT GAMIFICATION Seven days, a month, or a year at a glance: days completed, your completion rate, and a calendar where every day reads as complete, partial, skipped, missed or still pending. Tap any day to see what you took โ and correct it if you forgot to log something. No streak to break, no badges, no guilt. SYNCS ACROSS YOUR DEVICES Your schedule and history sync through your own iCloud account. Set it up on iPhone, find it on iPad. No Elixr account, no sign-up, no password. READABLE FOR EVERYONE Full VoiceOver support and Dynamic Type throughout. Available in English, German, Japanese and Korean. WHAT ELIXR DOESN'T DO No ads. No analytics. No tracking. No third-party SDKs of any kind. No subscription โ you buy it once. Nothing you enter leaves your own devices. Elixr helps you organise what you already take. It is not medical advice โ talk to your healthcare provider about what's right for you.
