Peppers is a peptide protocol tracker. It keeps your doses, schedules, inventory, and reference material in one place — organized, private, and easy to read. Built for people already running a protocol who are tired of spreadsheets. WHAT YOU CAN DO Log every dose Record what you took, how much, where, and when. Your full history stays searchable. Calculate doses without guessing Four calculators handle reconstitution, dose volume, BAC water, and blends. Pick a vial from your own inventory and the math uses its real numbers, so there is nothing to retype. See your levels over time A chart models each compound's concentration from your logged doses and its half-life. Compare amounts in mg and mcg, or compare shapes as a percentage of peak. Stay on schedule Build weekly protocols and get reminders. A consistency streak shows how you are tracking. Know what you have Track vials, mg remaining, syringes, and BAC water. A separate freezer list holds what is not reconstituted yet, and moving a vial out updates your inventory automatically. Track cycles and side effects Log cycles with start and end dates. Note side effects with timing, so patterns are visible later. READ THE RESEARCH 91 reference guides, one for every compound and blend in the app. Each guide runs eleven sections and cites its sources. Where a dose comes from a study, the guide names the species it was studied in. Where a range comes from community use, it says so plainly, in its own block, so you are never left guessing which one you are looking at. Half-lives are honest. Nineteen compounds have no established half-life in the literature, and the app says exactly that rather than inventing a number. The library covers peptides, nootropics, and supplements, with filters by category and route. YOUR COACH TAB Insights built from your own logs: schedules you have drifted from, inventory running low, side effects clustering around a particular time. It is a rule engine, not a chatbot. It reads your data and reports patterns. It will never suggest a dose or tell you what to take. PRIVACY Your tracking data stays on your device. Doses, schedules, inventory, cycles, and notes are stored locally, not on our servers. Signing in is optional — the whole app works as a guest. PEPPERS PRO Pro unlocks: • Every insight, not just the first two • The full guide for each compound you run • Side-effect timing patterns across your logs • Cost per dose, per mg, and monthly spend • Restock forecasts with order-by dates • No ads and no promo cards anywhere in the app Peppers Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, available monthly, every three months, or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Terms of use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ IMPORTANT Peppers is a reference and tracking tool. It is not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and it does not tell you what to take. The compounds it covers are research compounds and are not approved for human consumption. Talk to a qualified clinician about your protocol.

PeptidePilot is a private journal for tracking peptide doses, schedules, inventory, and how each one makes you feel. No account, advertising, or tracking. WHAT IT DOES • Schedule recurring, multi-time, or as-needed doses with local notifications. • Track vials, premixed blends, pens, syringes, tablets, capsules, liquids, sprays, and more. • Reconstitution calculator with U-30, U-40, U-50, and U-100 syringe calibration. • Per-compound blend inventory and automatic reconciliation after edited or deleted logs. • Injection-site rotation — the app suggests the next site based on your history. • Side-effects journal — rate energy, mood, sleep, and GI on a 1–5 scale after a dose. • Insights — current streak, best streak, adherence over 7/30 days, and a simple chart of doses per day. • Correlation analysis — once you have a few weeks of ratings, see how each peptide changes your averages. • Cycle planner — set "weeks on / weeks off" and the app auto-pauses scheduling during off weeks. • Medals — quiet hex-shaped achievements for streaks, adherence, awareness, and rotation discipline. CATALOG A bundled, citation-linked reference of common peptides — what they are, half-life, regulatory status, references. Each entry shows a clear regulatory banner (FDA-approved prescription, compounded prescription, or research chemical). Adding any catalog entry asks you to acknowledge that status. PeptidePilot does not sell, ship, prescribe, recommend dosing, or replace medical advice. PRIVACY Your journal stays on your devices and, if you enable it, in your private iCloud account. There are no analytics, advertising SDKs, ads, or telemetry. Encrypted caregiver sharing and FDA checks are always user-controlled. EXTRAS • iPhone widget showing your next dose. • Live Activity / Dynamic Island countdown when a dose is imminent. • Apple Watch companion with next-dose sync and quick logging. • Siri Shortcut: "Log a peptide dose in PeptidePilot". • FDA recall center using the official openFDA feed, with MedWatch access. • Encrypted read-only caregiver passes that expire and can be revoked. • HealthKit (optional, read-only): authorized measurements, sleep, and supported medication context. • Backup & restore: encrypted JSON file saved to Files / iCloud Drive. • Face ID / Touch ID lock. • PDF & CSV export of your dose log. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE PeptidePilot is a journal. It does not diagnose, treat, or recommend. Consult a licensed clinician before starting, stopping, or changing any peptide protocol.
