Your cycle data is yours. We mean that literally. Most period tracking apps are free because they make money from your data. That data gets sold to advertisers, shared with data brokers, and in some US states has been requested by law enforcement. We found this unacceptable. So we built Clio Daye. Everything you track in Clio Daye lives only on your device. There is no account to create, no server receiving your data, no cloud backup, no subscription, no ads. We have no access to your data. Nobody does except you. That was the whole reason we built this. How it works Clio Daye covers the things that matter in day-to-day cycle tracking. You can log flow intensity, 15 different symptoms, mood, and notes. It shows your current cycle phase and predicts when your next period is likely to start, with an honest uncertainty range rather than a false-precision date. Over time, it surfaces patterns in your flow, symptoms, and mood so you can see what your own cycle actually looks like. Most apps tell you when your next period is due. Clio Daye shows you a rolling six-month picture of your cycle so you can plan ahead, not just react. Useful for travel, events, or simply knowing what kind of week you're heading into. Everything is protected by Face ID, Touch ID, or a PIN. If someone else picks up your phone, they cannot open the app without your permission. Who it's for Anyone who has a menstrual cycle. Clio Daye uses body-neutral language and doesn't assume gender. It's designed for people across all life stages, from first cycles through perimenopause. A lot of people who try Clio Daye have already had a bad experience with another app. Maybe you found out your previous app shared your data in ways you never agreed to. We built this for exactly that reason. Open source and free, forever Clio Daye is free with no subscription, no premium tier, and no advertising. The source code is public at github.com/pjaol/safeflow so anyone can read it and verify the privacy claims for themselves. We're not a venture-backed startup optimizing for growth. We're a small team who thought this tool should exist and built it. A note on what this isn't Clio Daye is not a contraceptive tool and should not be used as one. Predictions are estimates based on your logged history and become more accurate as you log more cycles. If you need contraception or have medical concerns about your cycle, please talk to a healthcare provider. Requires iOS 17.5 or later.

App Description: Maroo is the women's health app that actually adjusts to you โ your cycle, your life stage, your real days, not a generic calendar guess. Most period trackers stop at predictions. Maroo goes further: it reads your cycle phase, your check-ins, and your life stage, then quietly adjusts what it suggests โ food, rest, movement, hydration โ so it always feels relevant, never repetitive, and never preachy. WHAT MAROO DOES FOR YOU โข Cycle & Life Stage Tracking Track periods, ovulation, and fertile windows with predictions that improve the more you log. Whatever stage you're in โ regular cycles, trying to conceive, pregnant, postpartum, perimenopause, or menopause โ Maroo switches its entire experience to match, without you re-explaining yourself. โข Nourish โ Food That Actually Helps No calorie counting. No guilt. No "cheat days." Maroo tells you what your body could use today โ protein, iron, fibre, calcium โ using real, accessible whole foods you can actually find and afford. Swipe through suggestions, build a weekly nourishment basket, and get simple meal combinations instead of a diet plan. โข Hydrate, Rest & Move A hydration target that adjusts for your cycle, the heat, and how active you've been โ with gentle reminders, never a rigid number. Rest and sleep support tuned to your phase (progesterone crashes are real โ Maroo times naps and wind-downs around them). Movement suggestions matched to your actual energy that day, not a generic workout streak. โข Ask Maroo A cycle guide built on your own data. Ask real questions โ "why am I so tired this week," "when's my period actually coming," "is this cramping normal for my phase" โ and get answers grounded in your logged history, not generic search results. โข Your Health Story See your cycle length, regularity, and patterns over time in one place โ clear charts, not spreadsheets. Track symptoms, mood, sleep, and energy in seconds, and let Maroo notice the patterns so you don't have to. โข Anonymous Community Circles for exactly where you are โ period support, TTC, pregnancy, perimenopause, menopause โ where you post and reply completely anonymously. No usernames, no profiles, no judgment. Just people who get it. โข Respects Your Life Maroo is built to support you, not add to your load. Notifications stay out of your sleep hours by default. Logging takes seconds. Nothing here is designed to make you feel behind, broken, or like you failed a diet. BUILT FOR EVERY STAGE Whether you're tracking your first period, trying to conceive, pregnant, postpartum, navigating perimenopause, or well into menopause โ Maroo isn't a different app for each chapter of your life. It's one app that grows with you. Download Maroo and get an app that finally feels like it understands what your body is asking for โ today, this cycle, this stage of your life.
