It connects over Bluetooth so users can scan nearby devices, connect, and view live data including state of charge, pack voltage/current/power, cell voltages, temperatures, and status. Supported home storage units also provide richer dashboards (including SOH, capacity, and cycle information where available) and an Actions tab for protocol read/write used in commissioning and maintenance.
