Turn work already recorded in Apple Calendar into a clean, client-ready timesheet. HourSift helps consultants, freelancers, coaches, tutors, photographers, and other service professionals review calendar events before billing. CALENDAR TO TIMESHEET Choose the calendars and billing period you want to review. Map events to a client and project, then calculate billable duration and amount from your rate and rounding rule. REVIEW BEFORE YOU BILL See original and billable time for every entry. Resolve missing mappings, overlaps, changed events, and duplicate-export warnings. Edit the timesheet description or exclude an entry without changing the Apple Calendar event. EXPORT PDF OR CSV Preview one reviewed draft, then generate a client-ready PDF or spreadsheet-friendly CSV with matching totals. Files are shared only through the system Share Sheet. PRIVATE BY DESIGN HourSift has no account, backend, analytics, or tracking. Optional ads use only SDK-required technical data; Calendar contents and calculations stay on this device. HourSift never creates, edits, or deletes Calendar events. FREE DOWNLOAD Download HourSift for free. A one-time US$1.99 purchase removes ads permanently. Explore the complete workflow with isolated sample events before granting Calendar access. Requires iOS or iPadOS 17 or later.
