OnTrack is a calorie counter, fasting timer, and habit tracker built into one app. Here's everything inside. CALORIE COUNTER Log meals by photo*, barcode*, or search. Calories and macros (protein, carbs, fat) are calculated for you, so logging takes seconds. FASTING TIMER Pick a fasting window (16:8, 18:6, OMAD, or set your own) and start your fast. The timer keeps running in the background and we'll send a notification when your eating window opens. STEP TRACKER Your steps sync from Apple Health automatically. See your daily count and how it stacks against your goal without typing anything. CALORIES BURNED Active calories from your workouts and daily movement pull in from Apple Health. Subtract them from what you ate to see your real net for the day. WEIGHT LOG Track your weight over time and watch the trend. A single morning number doesn't tell you much, but the trend does. PROGRESS PHOTOS Take a weekly photo and watch the change month by month. Each photo is paired with the weight you logged that day so the comparison stays honest. DAILY TO-DOS A short list every morning: log today's weight, start your fast, take this week's progress photo. Small actions, every day, that compound. COMMUNITY Post an update, ask a question, share a recipe, or just lurk. The feed is people working on the same things you are. PERSONALIZED PLAN Answer a few questions about your goals, height, weight, and activity, and we'll set your calorie target and macro split. Adjust any number any time. APPLE HEALTH Steps, weight, workouts, and active calories sync from Apple Health automatically. NOTIFICATIONS Optional reminders to log your meals, end your fast, or check in for the day. Turn any of them off in settings. NOTE: OnTrack is not a medical device and we do not provide medical advice. Recommendations are suggestions only. Talk to a professional and do your own research before making changes to your diet, fasting routine, or training plan. *Photo and barcode food scanning require a subscription. Everything else is free. TERMS: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
Komplexion

Komplexion is an honest skin-appearance tracker. Instead of a confident number that flips every time the bathroom light changes, it shows a range with how sure it is — and it holds off when a photo isn't fair to compare. HONEST BY DESIGN - A range, not a fake number. Every read is shown as a band with a confidence level, compared only to your own past photos — never a grade, and never a comparison to anyone else. - Holds off when it can't be fair. If the lighting, angle, focus, or framing changed, Komplexion asks you to retake in similar light instead of showing a misleading number. - Normalizes the light first. Komplexion white-balances your photo before it looks at tone, so it reads fairly across the full range of skin tones. WHAT YOU CAN TRACK (appearance only) - Even-looking tone - Visible redness (look) - Smooth-looking texture - Shine and luminosity - Under-eye area (look) Each one is tracked within you, over time, as a change against your own baseline. YOUR PRIVATE PHOTO DIARY - Capture selfies with a live lighting guide and a same-angle ghost overlay, so your shots line up. - Before and after slider, plus honest trend ranges over time. - Your photos and diary are always yours — never locked behind Pro, even if you cancel. INGREDIENT REFERENCE, ON YOUR DEVICE - Point your camera at a product's ingredient list and see neutral, source-cited notes for 604 cosmetic ingredients — all bundled on your device, no account needed. - EU Annex III fragrance-allergen labelling facts are included as plain labelling notes. ROUTINE AND REMINDERS - Build a simple morning and evening routine and get gentle reminders. No streaks to break, no shame. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT - All photo processing happens on your device. Your selfies never leave your phone. - No ads. Nothing sold. Your face photos are Data Not Collected. FREE, AND FAIR - Capture, your photo vault, the diary, routine reminders, the ingredient scanner, and your first full banded read are free. Pro adds the full per-attribute breakdown, honest trends over time, and the before and after tools. Komplexion is a cosmetic and informational tool for tracking the appearance of your skin — not a medical device and not medical advice. It does not assess any specific skin concern. For anything on your skin that is changing or worrying you, please see a dermatologist. Komplexion Pro is an auto-renewing subscription: US$4.99 per month, or US$49.99 per year with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Komplexion at none against The Calorie Tracker's shown. The Calorie Tracker's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
