Axis is a personal strategy and execution alignment system. It doesn't just record what you did — it shows you the deviation between plan and reality. Three-layer architecture with progressive complexity: [L1 Mirror Timeline] Plan blocks and actual blocks sit side by side on the same timeline. Aligned, drifted, or broken — deviation states are instantly visible. Long-press to create time blocks in seconds. [L2 KPI Waterfall] Time blocks auto-aggregate into KPI dimensions (Code, Study, Fitness, Ops…). Waterfall progress bars show target completion and gaps at a glance. [L3 Strategy Gantt] Weekly, monthly, and quarterly Gantt views elevate daily execution into strategic milestones, revealing long-term trends. [Audit Report] Automatic pattern recognition — "37% of your drift this week occurred between 14:00–16:00." Retrospective value exceeds recording value.
