Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: MarsBrowser at every 2 days against AI Browser's monthly. MarsBrowser also leads on ratings volume (5 vs 1). AI Browser's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. MarsBrowser sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and AI Browser sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
AI Browser holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MarsBrowser has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
MarsBrowser ships an update every 2 days, AI Browser monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
