The second session is called Dig and it takes about five minutes in the afternoon. Dig is a clean, structured lesson that actually teaches you the topic. It walks you through the introduction, what it really is, how it works, three concrete examples, where you see it in real life, and what people commonly get wrong. You see one section at a time, full screen, with no clutter. After the lesson you swipe through a deck of flashcards to test your memory. Swipe right if you got it, left to revisit later, long press to save it to your library forever. The third session is called Reflect and it unlocks after seven in the evening. Reflect is a short quiz that locks in what you learned during the day. We deliberately gate Reflect until the evening because your brain needs time to settle the day's learning before being tested.
