An unofficial app for Ichijo Komuten home owners. Just import PDFs of drawings, estimates, and specifications, and the app covers centralized document management through version comparison. Catch revisions to your drawings that slipped past you, and see exactly which line items in your estimate changed and by how much — all from one phone, with one hand. Your imported drawings, estimates, notes, and other data stay only on your phone. Nothing is sent over the internet. Data is sent to a server only in these two cases (drawings, estimates, and notes are never sent): - Sharing for the Maintenance list: the data needed for sharing and notifications, such as the list itself and your display name - Submitting to Class: your monthly electricity numbers and home details (insulation zone, floor area, etc.) (Apart from that, information collected is limited to what is needed for ad serving and statistical analytics.) ■ Document management Automatically organizes every file by drawing number. You won't get lost no matter how many revisions pile up. ■ Drawing comparison Compare two versions of CAD or electrical drawings pixel by pixel. Additions appear in blue, deletions in red. Includes position adjustment and size alignment. Spot unexpected changes you might otherwise miss. Other documents such as lighting specs and color renderings can be compared too. ■ Estimate comparison Automatically parses estimate PDFs and shows the cost difference between two versions in a summary. A trend table also lets you view amount changes across multiple versions at a glance. (Estimates must be in Japanese format.) ■ Specification check Automatically detects changes in equipment specifications and shows the differences color-coded by item. (Specifications must be in Japanese format.) ■ Uchimemo+ (Quick notes) Long-press anything while reviewing drawings or estimates to leave a note. You can also export the notes you've prepared for your next meeting. ■ Electricity Report Useful even after move-in. Just import the CSV from i-Sapo to visualize your "total savings" from solar generation and battery storage. See your selling income, self-consumption savings, and battery savings together in monthly, yearly, and cumulative views. Submit your monthly numbers to Class to see how your generation, bill, and more rank among homes that submitted (optional). ■ Maintenance Check off recurring home maintenance — ventilation filters, range hood, and more — with one tap. 42 built-in presets with adjustable intervals, plus consumables inventory tracking and reminder notifications. A home-screen widget shows tasks due now and soon, and supplies running low. Share maintenance items, rooms, supplies, records, and assignees with your family, partner, or anyone who looks after the home with you. Only the person who starts sharing needs Premium; invited members join for free. ■ Other features Bookmarks (shortcuts to drawings, estimates, and comparison results), Schedule (home-building milestone tracker with a home-screen countdown), My Page, and more. ■ Premium (one-time purchase) - Save as many drawing numbers as you like - Start sharing the Maintenance list with your family - No ads From November 1, the free version asks you to swap out an older drawing number when you save a new one (no swap is needed while you have fewer than 3). Drawing comparison, estimate comparison, specification check, and the other features stay available in the free version. [Highlights] - Drawings, estimates, and other documents are processed on your device (no external server) - Optional sharing for the Maintenance list (only the data needed for sharing and notifications is synced) - ZIP-based backup and restore - CSV export for various data * This is not an official Ichijo Komuten app. It is an unofficial tool with no affiliation to Ichijo Komuten Co., Ltd. * If Ichijo Komuten changes its document formats, parsing may not work correctly.
