Meet your AI nutrition and training coach. Log food in seconds, hit your macros, and train smarter — with someone in your corner who actually remembers what you ate, what you lifted, and what comes next. REAL MACRO TRACKING, BUILT FOR HOW YOU ACTUALLY EAT Tell Coach what you had ("two eggs and avocado toast"), scan a barcode, snap a nutrition label, or log it manually. Either way, your macros land in seconds. No 17-screen workflow to log a sandwich. A COACH WHO KNOWS YOUR CONTEXT Most macro apps just count calories. Meals.AI's coach reads your actual log — what you ate today, your training this week, your weight trend, your Apple Health data — and gives advice that fits. Hit a hard leg day? You'll get higher-carb meal suggestions. Running fat-light? Coach will nudge you toward lean protein. It's the difference between a generic calculator and a coach who actually knows you. STRENGTH TRAINING, IN THE SAME APP Build workout templates, log your sessions, track your sets — and watch your lifts climb. RPE-aware so you can tell Coach how hard it felt, and your nutrition advice adapts to the work you actually did. APPLE HEALTH, FULLY WIRED IN Active energy, steps, sleep, HRV, body weight from any smart scale — all factored into your daily picture. Your Apple Watch, Whoop, Garmin, or whatever else you use already does its job; Meals.AI just listens. TARGETS THAT ADJUST WITH YOU Your goals aren't a static number. Tell Coach you're cutting, recomping, or bulking — your macros recalibrate. Or set custom targets directly if you already know what you want. PRIVACY FIRST Your data is yours. We don't sell it, we don't show ads, we don't share it with data brokers. Delete your account from Settings anytime and everything goes with it. WHAT YOU GET • AI coach for nutrition and training advice • Multi-modal food logging: chat, barcode scan, nutrition label scan, manual • Macro tracking: calories, protein, carbs, fat • Daily targets calculated from your profile, or set your own • Weight tracking with trend analysis • Workout templates, session logging, and set tracking • My Fridge: build a personal pantry from your scanned items • Custom recipes you can log in one tap • Apple Health: reads your activity, sleep, weight, HRV, more • Strength workouts written back to Apple Health Move/Exercise rings • Sign in with Apple, Google, or email NOT MEDICAL ADVICE Meals.AI is built for everyday nutrition and training tracking. It's not a medical device and doesn't diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Talk to a qualified healthcare provider before making big changes to your diet or training — especially if you're managing a health condition, pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating. Whether you're new to tracking or already obsessed with your protein number, Meals.AI is built to keep you consistent without making it a chore.

ActiveMind is not a step counter and it is not a meditation app. It is the answer to a smaller question: what should I do right now? Tell it how you feel, or let it read your day from Apple Health, and it suggests something that actually fits. A short walk when you are flat. Something quiet when your body is carrying more than usual. Somewhere to go when the weather is good and you have an afternoon. Saying how you feel takes one slide, and a few words about why if you want to add them. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT Most apps show you correlations. "You feel better on days you go outside." That sounds useful until you notice the problem: you go outside on days you already feel good, so nobody can tell which way it runs. ActiveMind is the app that chooses what to suggest, so it can do something about that. The Lab runs a real experiment on your own days. For three weeks it flips a coin each morning. On some days it leads with the thing being tested, on others it stays quiet. You live normally either way. At the end you get a straight answer about whether it moved anything, and because the days were picked at random, that answer means something. It will also tell you when something did nothing for you. That is a real result, and it saves you months on the wrong thing. DAYS OUT, NOT JUST MINUTES 194 day trips built from the places actually around you, each one a short itinerary with real stops and times. Answer four questions about the kind of day you want and it picks one. Nearby towns are included, so a good afternoon is not limited to your own postcode. Everywhere you go gets pinned to a map of your own year. WEATHER, AND WHAT IT DOES TO YOU ActiveMind keeps a daily record of the sky next to how you felt, then tests which parts of it actually move you. Grey days, low pressure, short daylight, poor air. If a pattern turns out to be real for you, tomorrow's forecast starts taking it into account. If nothing shows up, it says so. YOUR BODY, READABLE Heart rate, resting heart rate, HRV, breathing rate and wrist temperature, each with its bands drawn so a number lands somewhere, and history you can drag through. Wrist temperature is shown against your own recent nights, because the raw number only tells you about your bedroom. EVERYTHING ELSE 665 things to do, filtered by how much energy you actually have Places near you worth walking to, open now and worth the walk A forecast you can open: UV, humidity, wind, rain, pressure and conditions, hour by hour Sleep sounds, breathing exercises, timers for the things you hold A letter every Sunday, written from your own week Mood check-ins that flow into Apple Health PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Every analysis in this app runs on your phone. Your moods, your health data and your check-ins are not uploaded, not sold, and not shared. There is no account to make. ActiveMind is not a medical device and nothing in it is a diagnosis. For anything that worries you about your health, talk to a clinician. move, think, thrive
