InnerLight vs Thinkless

InnerLight helps you think more clearly about what’s actually going on in your life. It doesn’t try to give you answers. Instead, it helps you slow down and look at your thoughts from a different angle. People who are used to thinking a lot don’t always stop to examine how they’re thinking. It’s easy to rely on quick conclusions, even when they’re not quite right. InnerLight helps you pause and take a closer look. It helps you examine your own thinking, so you can understand what you’re feeling, question your assumptions, and make better decisions. --- ## What you can do with InnerLight • Start a conversation anytime, your personal AI mentor. Talk through something on your mind, whether it’s a decision, a situation, or a recurring thought. • Journal at your own pace. Use guided prompts or write freely to process things in your own way. • Revisit your thoughts. Your past entries and conversations are saved so you can reflect and notice patterns over time. • Track how you feel. Connect your thoughts with your emotional state and see how things evolve. --- ## Who it’s for • People who tend to overthink but still feel unsure about their decisions. • People who want clarity without being told what to do. • People trying to understand themselves better and make more intentional choices. • Anyone who feels stuck, conflicted, or mentally cluttered. --- ## What makes it different • Focus on thinking, not advice. InnerLight helps you examine your own reasoning instead of giving you conclusions. • Built around questions. The experience is designed to challenge your thinking, not replace it. • Designed for real use, not just inspiration -- something you can return to whenever you need to process something. • Stored locally on your device. Your conversations and reflections stay with you, not on external servers. --- ## Not therapy InnerLight is a thinking companion, not a medical or mental health service. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support. # About InnerLight Full InnerLight full is a subscription that allows you to fully use the app. * Subscription Terms: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
