Scripture Journey vs Selah

The personal Bible study app that makes your pastor's sermon last all week. Every Monday morning, Scripture Journey takes the sermon your pastor preached on Sunday and turns it into a 5-day, sermon-driven Bible study—built around the same passage, but going deeper into the text every day. By Saturday, the sermon hasn't just been heard, it's been lived. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT • Five days, one sermon. Monday lands the main point. Tuesday through Friday go deeper—passage, original-language roots, application, journaling, and conversation with an AI study companion that has read every line of the sermon and every line of your journal. • Your pastor, not someone else's. Sermon Journeys are built from real sermons preached at real churches—Lakepointe, Elevation, Life.Church, Transformation Church, Church of Eleven22, and more. If your church is on the list, your week starts with Monday's journey waiting. Don't see it? Request your church right in the app—we read every request and add the ones that are a good fit. • An AI companion that reads your journal. As you journal across the week, your AI study companion notices the threads in your thinking. By Friday it's not answering generic questions—it's helping you connect what you wrote on Tuesday to what you're wrestling with today. • Ask anything, Scripture-first. Bring a real-life question and get an answer grounded in Scripture, your pastor's sermons, and Christian books—every source cited. Ask the Pastor across a church, or Ask the Book on any title. • Hebrew and Greek, gently woven in. No symbols, no Greek alphabet—just the original-language roots of the words you're reading, surfaced naturally where they matter. • Faith at the dinner table. Family devotionals turn the week's theme into a 5–7 minute conversation—open, teach, discuss, pray. There when you want it. • A growing library of Christian book studies. Marriage, parenting, blended family, identity, mental and emotional health—dozens of popular Christian books turned into 5-day journeys, with an AI you can ask about any of them. • Weekly streaks, not daily guilt. Engaging Scripture four times a week is the threshold where Bible engagement starts changing lives (research-backed). We celebrate any engagement that hits the weekly mark. No red badges. No daily streaks to break. FREE WHILE WE'RE GETTING STARTED Scripture Journey is completely free right now, with the full experience unlocked. We're building alongside real readers, not spreadsheets. A few features are marked "Future Premium" so you always know the roadmap—and early users will get a generous heads-up before anything ever changes. Selah is a quiet daily companion for Christian prayer. Each day brings a thoughtfully written prayer, narrated aloud with a warm, natural voice and the words glowing gold as the voice reads them — like reading Scripture together with a trusted friend. Close your eyes; the audio keeps playing when the screen locks. Open them again when you're ready to reflect. [Core Features] • Daily Prayer with Synced Audio — A new prayer every day, paired with crystal-clear narration. The active phrase glows gold as the voice reads, drawing you into the rhythm of unceasing prayer. • Lock Screen and Home Screen Widgets — Today's prayer and your streak, where your eyes already go. Tap to open straight into today. • Your Journey — A week of quiet dots and an unbroken streak on the Today screen. Every Amen seals the day, and the milestones along the way stop to mark it. • Prayers (Intercessions) — Carry the names on your heart through the season. Mark "prayed for them today" each morning; the system remembers without judging, and your streak shows unbroken faithfulness as days add up. • Daily Examen — A 6-step Ignatian reflection: pause, gratitude, review, repentance, hope, and rest. Your journal saves every entry so you can look back on weeks and months of God's faithfulness. • Answered Prayer Wall — When a prayer is answered, write down how God moved. The wall becomes a personal testimony — a living record of every "yes" He has spoken to you. • Painted Devotional Artwork — Every prayer is anchored to original devotional art in the tradition of Sallman and Greg Olsen — gentle, reverent, made for the spirit. • 16 Languages — English, 简体中文, 繁體中文, Français, Español, Português (PT/BR), Italiano, Deutsch, Polski, 日本語, 한국어, Русский, Română, العربية, Bahasa Indonesia. • Background Listening — Lock your screen, close your eyes, keep listening. Selah is built for closed-eyes meditation, not endless screen time. [Today's audio is always free] Full audio for today's prayer is free for everyone. Premium unlocks the archive — audio for every past prayer, and unlimited names on your prayer list. 7-day free trial; $19.99/year after. Lifetime option available. [From OurBibleMoments] Selah is hand-crafted by the team behind the OurBibleMoments channel. Every prayer is thoughtfully written and prayed over by people — never auto-generated. The narration is clear and natural, made to pray along with. The visual style honors 1500 years of Christian devotional tradition.
