Kine is a body-state dashboard for Apple Watch users. It reads heart rate, HRV, sleep, activity, energy expenditure, and other HealthKit data. Combined with live Apple Watch heart rate, Kine turns scattered signals into clear, actionable views of performance, recovery, body load, and training rhythm. With Kine, you can observe: • Current performance and body-load state • Sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, and activity trends • Live heart-rate feedback during workouts • Front-camera PPG pressure reference scans for personal trend observation • Nap detection and recovery prompts • High-load and overload signal reminders • 24-hour body-dynamics challenges with friends Kine is designed to organize health data into understandable state and trend signals. HealthKit data is processed on your device. The challenge feature uses CloudKit only for a randomized device ID, challenge status, and aggregated performance summaries. It does not upload raw HealthKit records, PPG waveforms, or complete health data. Kine does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or emergency services. If you experience chest pain, difficulty breathing, fainting, persistent palpitations, or other serious symptoms, seek professional medical help immediately. Brush every zone for the full two minutes—not just the easy spots. Brushly is a toothbrush timer that guides you across six mouth zones, separates outer and inner surfaces, and keeps your daily dental routine moving. A TWO-MINUTE ROUTINE YOU CAN FOLLOW — toothbrush timer A basic timer tells you when two minutes are over. Brushly shows you what to brush while the clock is running. • Follow a live jaw diagram from zone to zone • Brush outer and inner surfaces in a clear sequence • See the countdown for the current zone and the time left overall • Use sound and haptic cues without watching the screen constantly • Choose the brushing duration that fits your routine Whether you searched for a 2 minute toothbrush timer, a toothbrushing timer, or an app for brushing teeth, Brushly turns the countdown into a practical guide. toothbrush timer: COVER THE WHOLE MOUTH Brushly divides the mouth into six zones and gives each one its turn. The diagram highlights the active area, the progress ring keeps the pace, and the completion screen shows which zones you covered. It is a two minute toothbrush timer built around coverage—not just a stopwatch that runs for two minutes. BUILD A COMPLETE ORAL CARE ROUTINE · toothbrush timer Brushing is the foundation, but it is not the whole routine. Add the daily steps you actually use: • Floss with a guided contact count • Rinse with mouthwash • Clean your tongue • Turn off a step when it is not part of your routine Each task is tracked once per day, so flossing and rinsing do not repeat after every brushing session. Brushly works as an oral care app that keeps small habits visible without making the routine complicated. toothbrush timer — REMINDERS THAT FIT YOUR DAY Set morning and evening brushing reminders and choose the times that work for you. Notifications are scheduled on your device. If you completed that part of the day, Brushly avoids reminding you to do it again. If you want an app to remind you to brush teeth without accounts, feeds, or advertising, the reminder stays focused on the routine. SEE YOUR PROGRESS WITH PREMIUM — toothbrush timer toothbrush timer: Brushly Premium unlocks the full record behind your routine: • Calendar history for morning and evening brushing • Current streak, longest streak, and twice-a-day rate • Weekly brushing time and zone coverage • Points, levels, and up to 18 achievements • Manual entries for brushing completed away from the timer Use the history as a teeth brushing tracker app, not as a score you have to chase. It can reveal the mornings you miss, the zones you rush, and the habits becoming automatic. SAVE COMPLETED BRUSHING TO APPLE HEALTH With your permission, Brushly can save completed toothbrushing sessions to Apple Health. It does not read your Health data. Manual entries are marked as user-entered. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your brushing history belongs to you. • No account or sign-up • No advertising • No third-party tracking or analytics • No cloud profile • Routine data stays on your device • Sound and haptics can be switched off You can use the timer without enabling reminders, Apple Health access, or Premium. HOW TO START 1. Choose your brushing duration and daily care steps. 2. Set your morning and evening reminders. 3. Start the toothbrush timer and follow the highlighted zones. 4. Complete any daily floss, rinse, or tongue task. 5. Review your coverage and build the next day of your streak. A better brushing habit is not only about running the clock. It is about giving every surface its share of the two minutes and making the routine easy enough to repeat tomorrow. Start your next brushing session with Brushly.
