SIX PRIORITIES. ONE CLEAR DAY. Long to-do lists create noise. Ivy6 helps you decide what truly matters, work on one task at a time, and end the day knowing you did the important things. Built on the Ivy Lee Method, a 100-year-old productivity ritual, Ivy6 gives you a calm daily planner for iPhone, iPad and Mac: 1. Capture everything in your Inbox. 2. Choose your six most important tasks. 3. Put them in order. 4. Work through them one at a time. 5. Plan tomorrow tonight, and start fresh in the morning. YOUR DAILY 6 Commit to no more than six priorities. The limit makes you choose deliberately instead of carrying an endless list from day to day. CAPTURE NOW, DECIDE LATER Ideas, errands and future tasks wait in your Inbox until they earn a place in your plan. Add estimates, subtasks, tags, snooze and recurring routines when you need them. FOCUS ON ONE TASK Start a distraction-free session for your current priority. Use a stopwatch, a 5-minute sprint, Pomodoro or a countdown, and see how much time you really give to meaningful work. PLAN TOMORROW TONIGHT In the evening, Ivy6 invites you to choose tomorrow's priorities in order. Unfinished tasks return to your Inbox for a conscious decision, so every morning starts clean. MADE FOR APPLE DEVICES • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets • Live Activities and Dynamic Island during Focus • Siri and Shortcuts for quick capture and your next priority • Read-only calendar context beside your plan • Native layouts for iPhone and iPad • A Mac app with menu bar access and keyboard shortcuts • Morning, evening and weekly review reminders • Break large tasks into smaller steps UNDERSTAND HOW YOU WORK Review completed tasks, focus time, streaks, rollover patterns and stale tasks, so you can plan a realistic day, not just a longer list. IVY6 PRO: ONE PURCHASE, NO SUBSCRIPTION Unlock everything forever with a single purchase: • Private iCloud sync across iPhone, iPad and Mac • Advanced weekly insights and task-level focus analytics • Full task history and a guided Weekly Review • Seasonal themes • Data export • Apple Intelligence task breakdown on supported devices PRIVATE BY DESIGN No ads. No tracking. No account to create. Your tasks stay on your device and, if you choose Pro sync, in your own private iCloud. Choose six. Focus on one. Finish what matters.

You open your list and twenty things are already on it. By the time you have decided where to start, you no longer want to. SixDo only lets you write six. There is no seventh line, so you choose before you write. No ads. Free. ■ What the Ivy Lee Method is A hundred-year-old habit, from a consultant named Ivy Lee in 1918. 1. At the end of the day, write down up to six things for tomorrow 2. Put them in order of importance 3. The next day, work down the list 4. Whatever is left moves to the following day 5. Repeat That is all of it. Deciding less in the morning is the point. ■ What SixDo does ・No ads, at all Not in the free version either. Nothing here competes for your attention. ・Six is a ceiling, not a quota Three things on a three-thing day is fine. No filler. ・Edit in place Tap a task to change it. No separate screen to go to. ・Order without obligation Top to bottom is the idea, but finish whatever you can. ・Unfinished work moves on It carries to the next day by itself. You can turn that off. ・Notifications only when there is a reason In the evening, only if tomorrow is still empty. In the morning, only if something is left. Not a fixed alarm. Each can be turned off. ・Your records survive a new phone Export and import, and it is included in your iCloud backup. ・Widget … your next task on the Home Screen Put "The one now" on your Home Screen. Free. ・Eight accent colors (free) ・Light, dark, or match your device ・Look back at what you finished A year of it, on a calendar. Free. ■ Who it suits ・You have too much to do and lose the morning deciding where to start ・You installed a to-do app once, and it had too much in it ・You are tired of apps full of advertising ・You want the first hour of the day to be easier ■ SixDo Pro (one-time purchase, optional) Free is not a trial. Keeping to six a day works fully without paying, and there are no ads either way. Pro is for people who want more from it. ・Separate work and personal … six each, and they never mix ・Someday … park what you cannot move on yet, with a note ・Insights … your streak, your best days, and the work/personal split ・Weekly review … a Sunday evening note on how many you finished ・Widgets … today’s six, this month, and the Lock Screen ・Timed reminders … pick a date and time for each task Not a subscription. Buy once, keep it. ■ Privacy Nothing is collected. What you type stays on your iPhone. There is no account and no sign-in. Six things, in order, from the top. That is enough to change a day.

Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: SixDo at every 4 weeks against Ivy6's every 2 months. SixDo also leads on iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). Ivy6's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
