Make a little room for your day. Nexty is a daily planner designed with ADHD in mind, with clear tasks, small steps and time you can see. PLAN TODAY AND BEYOND Keep your tasks in Now, Later and Not today. Swipe through calendar weeks or choose a date to plan ahead. Break a task into steps and give it the time it needs. SPIN FOR A STARTING POINT Let the Wheel choose a routine. Mark it as done or add it to your calendar for today. Customize your choices and spin whenever you like. FIND A ROUTINE THAT FITS Explore Inspire's illustrated ideas and add a routine to your calendar without leaving the page. Try a three-day program with a small activity scheduled for each day. FOCUS ON ONE THING Use a visual timer with brown noise, rain or crickets.
