Every drive, recorded. Torq turns your iPhone into a live GPS speedometer — speed, velocity, G-force, altitude, and cornering data, all processed on-device. Start a drive and Torq shows distance, duration, top speed, altitude, speed-limit context, and km/h or mph units. When the trip is finished, Torq builds a replayable route record with speed heat maps, charts, corner data, G-force readouts, and exportable trip logs. RESEARCH-INFORMED ANALYSIS Torq's pipeline is built around robust GNSS speed outlier filtering, physical plausibility gates, telematics-style hard-braking detection, lateral-G estimates from speed and heading change, and ISO-style vibration weighting for comfort and road-quality signals. It is transparent, on-device analysis for real roads, not a black-box scoreboard. PRIVACY BY DESIGN Torq is built around on-device trip analysis. Location and motion data are used to record your route, speed, altitude, G-force, cornering, braking, comfort, and road quality. Your trip telemetry is not required to leave your iPhone for core analysis unless you export or share it.
