It connects over your local Wi-Fi network and gives you live extraction data: pressure, temperature, flow rate, and volume, right in your hand. Dialing YOU is not affiliated with or endorsed by the machine manufacturer. Compatibility is with the Sanremo YOU espresso machine model only. When using a Custom Profile set-up on the machine, spot extraction phases from pre-infusion, blooming to post-infusion ramp down. Brew-by-Weight: Automated Yield Control Pair Dialing YOU with a compatible Bluetooth scale (Acaia or Bookoo supported at the moment) and let the app stop your shot automatically, every time. The Brew-by-Weight engine predicts how much liquid will keep flowing after the pump stops, accounting for network latency, valve delay, and residual drip and sends the stop command at exactly the right moment. It learns from every shot, so accuracy improves the more you use it.
