Radia is a device-agnostic way to track red light therapy and finally see your dose. If you own a red light panel, mask, or wrap (Joovv, Mito Red, PlatinumLED, Bon Charge, or any brand), Radia helps you do the work and know you're doing it right. Start a session, pick the body area, and get your dose in J/cm2 without hunting for a spec sheet. No phone-screen gimmicks. No hardware lock-in. Just a clean timer, your real dose, and proof you're staying consistent. WHAT YOU GET FREE • Time a session and tag the body area, then rate it and add notes. • Set an optional countdown target and keep the timer live on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. • Pick your device from a built-in library and get dose in J/cm2 automatically. • Set a goal: skin, pain and joints, hair, or recovery. • Keep a daily streak and watch your consistency build. • Full history filtered by area, an optional daily reminder, and Apple Health. RADIA PRO (pay once, no subscription) • Dose targets. See each session against the commonly-cited range for your goal, with a gentle heads-up when more isn't better. • Progress. Session trends, dose by body area, and how far you are toward when many people report a change. • Cooldown and wavelength tips based on your goal and device. • Up to 4 devices, before and after photos, a Home Screen widget, and CSV export. • Support a solo developer building indie apps. No subscription. No lite forever-trial. You pay once and it is yours. WHY IT'S DIFFERENT Most red light apps light up your phone screen (a phone cannot emit therapeutic wavelengths) or lock you to one brand. Radia is for people who already own real gear and want to track dose, spacing, and progress across any device. A NOTE ON DOSE Radia's target ranges are commonly-cited starting points from consumer photobiomodulation guidance, not medical advice. Every body and device is different. Radia logs and educates. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Check with a professional about your own use. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Local-first. Your sessions stay on your device and sync privately across your own iPhones via iCloud. No accounts, no servers of ours, no analytics, no ads, no trackers.

Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Walktide at 5.0 against Radia's 4.0. Walktide also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 weeks) and ratings volume (6 vs 1). Radia's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
