Outperform Motion is the video analysis app built for track and field, with Sprint Tools built in. One app for the whole session: film and review the rep, test reaction time, check readiness before the hard work, build a kinogram and space the wickets. Most coaching apps are built for every sport. This one puts as much into the filming as the review: a guided mode for each event sets up the camera so every clip is worth reviewing. GUIDED FILMING FOR EVERY EVENT Filming modes for sprints, block starts, long jump, triple jump, high jump, pole vault, shot put and discus, plus a Standard mode for anything else. Block Start walks you through direction, position, pose and framing, and confirms each step before you record. Prefer the iPhone camera? Import from your camera roll and review the same way. REVIEW • Frame by frame playback • Drawing, lines, arrows and angles • Voiceover on any clip • Side by side with a model or past rep • Pose skeleton and joint angles (Pro) • Stopwatch with splits (Pro) • On-screen measurement (Pro) ATHLETES DO NOT NEED THE APP Send a review and the athlete opens it on a private page in any browser. FieldSync Pro is a training log built for track and field, for the coach writing the workout and the athlete doing it. FOR ATHLETES See what you have today. Your practices and the work your coach assigned sit on one screen, with any session still waiting on your splits called out. Log a session rep by rep. Type each split as you take it and see it against your coach's target. Bring in your workouts from Apple Health. Runs from your watch come in with distance, time and laps, and you choose which lap answers which rep. What your watch measured, like heart rate, pace and cadence, is shown only to you, and a time from a watch is always labelled. Keep your marks by season. Your PRs come from your meets, indoor and outdoor kept apart, with a practice best of their own and a goal for the season ahead. Add a video to a jump or a throw. Up to 15 seconds, with your notes, and you choose who can watch it. Watch it back in slow motion or frame by frame. Log your own training. Runs and cross training you do on your own sit next to the work your coach assigned. Know where you stand for every practice. You're down as coming unless you say otherwise. Can't make it? Tell your coach from the Feed or the practice, with a note if you like, and they decide if you are excused. What your coach marked you shows on the practice and on its card, and a reminder before each practice and meet tells you the time and the place. Cheer each other on in the Feed. Every mark you log and every goal you set posts for your teammates, coaches, parents and circle to like and comment on. Post a few words with a photo or video, or turn sharing off in Settings. See your next practice at a glance. Add the FieldSync widget to your Home Screen or Lock Screen. FOR COACHES Prescribe real work. Interval sessions with sets, reps, distance, recovery and a target band. Hang them on a practice or a date, and assign them to one athlete or a whole squad. Read the session back. Every split against the target, next to the last time that athlete ran it. See the whole team at once. Every athlete with their events, grouped the way you train them. Run practices. A schedule your team can see, weather and lightning holds, and a practice board for the day. Athletes and parents are reminded before each one, and athletes who can't make it tell you there. Take attendance your way. Everyone counts as here unless you mark them, or nobody is in until you check them in, with Check everyone in for a quick start. Team Analytics shows attendance over time: who is missing practices, who is often late and who is always there. Talk to the team. Every team gets a team chat for its athletes and coaches, and announcements reach everyone, parents included, with a PDF or picture attached when you need one. Bring on the whole team. Share the team code, show it as a QR code, or print a sign up sheet, then approve everyone waiting at once. BUILT FOR HIGH SCHOOL TEAMS We do not permit signups under 13. Athletes 13 to 17 sign up on their own and can add a parent's email, so a parent hears that they joined. Parents can follow the team schedule and get its reminders, and any one to one chat between a coach and an athlete under 18 always includes another adult. A team chat opens only once the team has two adults on it. Videos are kept without their sound or the location they were filmed. An athlete or their parent can remove any comment on the athlete's posts, and any post or comment can be reported. Reported posts are hidden at once. There is no advertising, no third party analytics, and nothing about an athlete is sold to anybody, ever. Apple Health is optional and read only: the app reads your workouts and what your watch measured only when you open it and ask. Your coach sees your runs' distance, time and laps; the rest is shown only to you. FieldSync Pro never reads your location and never writes to Apple Health. Free for teams. Built by coaches who were tired of spreadsheets.
