Route Your Pay

Route Your Pay is a local-first mileage and reimbursement ledger for people who need a reliable record of field travel, route evidence, expenses, and payment status. LOG THE WORK Create a trip with a date, purpose, client, vehicle, manual distance, odometer readings, route stops, excluded miles, and reimbursable expenses. Odometer evidence takes precedence when both readings are valid. Save route templates for repeat work. RECONCILE THE MONEY Apply a client, employer, reference, or custom rate. Mark each record Draft, Submitted, Part paid, or Paid and record settlements. The dashboard shows expected, received, and outstanding amounts without requiring an account or network connection. REPORTS THAT TRAVEL WITH THE RECORD Filter reports by period and client, review totals and aging, then export a PDF for a recipient or CSV for a spreadsheet. A validated JSON backup preserves the local ledger and can be imported after a device change. FIELD-FRIENDLY BY DESIGN Route Your Pay works offline and does not request location access. Add stops manually, open an address in Apple Maps when you choose, and keep the evidence you need without background tracking or an account. REFERENCE RATES, CLEARLY LABELED Optional U.S. reference rates are dated and linked to the IRS standard mileage-rate page. They are inputs for estimates, not tax or legal advice. Verify the rate and reimbursement policy required by the recipient. PRIVACY Route Your Pay collects no data, uses no account, contains no ads, and has no analytics or developer-operated server. Records remain on the device unless you deliberately export or share them. See the privacy policy and support pages for details.

OneFocus turns a focus plan into one clear session across iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Choose a Focus Profile, set a duration, and see whether each device is protectedβ€”without a vague all-green status hiding a problem. FOCUS YOUR WAY β€’ Start 25, 50, or 90-minute sessions, or choose a custom duration. β€’ Build Profiles for Deep Work, Study, Reading, and your own routines. β€’ Block selected apps and websites on iPhone and iPad with Apple's Screen Time controls. β€’ Use the free Mac companion to protect supported apps and websites. β€’ Keep a session going with local rain, cafΓ©, train, forest, wave, and other procedural sounds. ONE SESSION, HONEST STATUS Private iCloud sync carries your active session, Profiles, schedules, history, and verified Pro status between devices. OneFocus shows iPhone Protected, Mac Protected, Waiting, Needs Permission, or Offline separately, so you know what is actually happening. Existing local sessions and history remain useful offline. HISTORY THAT EXPLAINS YOUR TIME Review Today, 7 Days, Month, and All Time. See pause-aware totals, streaks, Profile distribution, a calendar heatmap, Focus Constellation, and per-device protection intervals. Session details preserve the Profile used at the time, even if you later rename it. APPLE WORKFLOWS Use App Shortcuts for quick 25 or 50-minute starts, open History, and coordinate OneFocus with an Apple Focus through a guided Shortcut. Core actions support VoiceOver, larger text, reduced motion, and keyboard navigation. FREE AND PRO The free version includes manual sessions, one custom Profile, four sounds, a daily goal, basic iPhone/Mac connection, Flexible mode, and recent history.
