IDE Escalas vs Tagma

IDE Escalas is the app churches use to organize the people who serve — from the invitation to Sunday. SCHEDULING • Build the whole month in minutes: pick the service and the dates, and the schedules come pre-filled with who is available. • Every ministry with its own positions (vocals, sound, greeters, kids) and how many people each one needs. • Volunteers confirm or decline from their phones; when someone can't make it, the app invites the next available person on its own. • Blockout dates, availability by time slot and "serve together" pairings are respected automatically. • Setlists with chord charts and keys per singer, rehearsals with attendance. THE TEAM ON THEIR PHONES • Push and WhatsApp reminders in the church's language. • "My schedules" shows what's next, who serves with you and the order of service. • Achievements and a year in review made to share. KIDS • Check-in with printed tags and a digital ticket for the guardian. • Safe pickup by QR code or tag code, with room capacity control. COMMUNITY • Small groups with attendance, guests and follow-up. • Prayer wall, announcements and pastoral care with confidential notes. • Member journey: know who is new and who got lost along the way. GIVING • Online tithes, offerings and campaigns with secure payment and annual giving statements. Available in Portuguese, English and Spanish. The church sets its default language and each person can choose their own.
