Paceboard reads your runs and tells you what they mean — then builds the training that comes next, at your paces, and puts it on your watch. Connect Garmin, COROS or Apple Watch and Paceboard reads your recent running: how much, how often, how fast. A few quick questions later, your first two weeks are built around your goal, whether that's a race day or staying fit. YOUR RUNS, UNDERSTOOD Ask how a run went and see it, not a wall of text: every rep against its target, every kilometre against your easy range, heart rate across the run. Then what went well, what drifted, and what to change next time. ASK ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR RUNS Why did your 10K fade? Are your easy days too fast? Is your long run building too quickly? Paceboard answers from your actual splits, paces and weeks — not guesses. A PLAN BUILT AROUND YOU Your training paces come from your own running, from easy through threshold to reps. Every week is laid out on your calendar with a countdown to race day, and each week builds on the last. WORKOUTS THAT ADAPT Slept badly, legs heavy? Paceboard reads your Apple Health recovery data, turns today into an easy run, moves the hard session, and keeps your week on track. One tap puts it back. BUILD IT THE WAY IT WAS WRITTEN Type the session the way your coach said it. "6×800m at 5K effort with 400m jogs" comes back as a real structured workout, every rep and recovery in place, at your paces. RACE DAY, PLANNED Tell Paceboard your goal time and get a race plan you can run: how to pace each section, when to fuel, and what to do if it's hot. ON YOUR WATCH Workouts sync to your Garmin, COROS or Apple Watch with every rep, recovery and target pace on your wrist. Completed runs sync back automatically. SEE YOUR TRAINING ADD UP Weekly mileage, active time, consistency and race forecasts for 5K to the marathon, all from the runs you've logged. SHARE WITH YOUR CLUB Send any workout by link or QR code. Everyone runs the same session at their own paces. BUILT FOR Runners training for anything from 5K to the marathon on Garmin, COROS or Apple Watch — with a coach, a club, or on their own. About

Fit2AI

Features

Fit2AI helps athletes review workouts with structured data and practical AI analysis. Connect your COROS account, import recent Apple Health workouts, sync workouts, parse FIT details, review personal-record candidates, inspect route maps where GPS data is available, and ask follow-up questions about a single workout. When the same workout is available from both COROS and Apple Health, Fit2AI shows the COROS copy and hides the duplicate Apple Health copy so summaries and insights do not double count it. The app focuses on the workout you choose, including distance, time, heart rate, power, cadence, laps, route summaries, and available FIT samples. Free users can try AI features with 5 total interactions. Fit2AI Pro unlocks up to 50 AI interactions per UTC day through an auto-renewable monthly subscription. Fit2AI is not a medical service. AI responses are informational and should not replace medical, health, or professional coaching advice. Fit2AI is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by COROS.
