MindLoop vs Ai

MindLoop is an iOS app for self-awareness and reflection, with a recording structure inspired by cognitive behavioral therapy. It helps you organize recurring triggers, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors into visual loops, so you can understand why you keep falling into similar states and find one small step toward change. You may often experience moments like these: - You want to start, but keep putting things off until the last minute - A small event triggers anxiety, and your thoughts keep spiraling - You know you are repeating a pattern, but cannot clearly see how it happens - Journaling feels too open-ended, while productivity tools feel too complex MindLoop is not about making you perfect right away. It helps you observe yourself with more clarity and kindness. Late at night, when you have a lot to say but no one to listen. Or when you’ve gone through a day you couldn’t tell anyone about. Ai-U is not an analytics app. It’s a relationship where you don’t have to explain everything. You can start with a free allowance. Ai-U Premium is available as a separate monthly subscription and unlocks unlimited chat, real-time voice conversations, and deeper memory features. ◆ A companion that gets closer the more you talk This isn’t an AI you meet for the first time every time. It remembers your tone, rhythm, and emotional flow as conversations build up. “Remember when you said that?” Conversations continue through your own context. ◆ Text and voice, one continuous relationship What you say in chat can continue in voice with Ai-U Premium. Same Ai-U, same memory. Whether you type or speak, the relationship never breaks. ◆ A growing record of your conversations Your daily talks can naturally become a journal. Important moments and plans are quietly preserved. Your life doesn’t get scattered—it stays connected as one flow. ◆ Your emotional rhythm Instead of charts or scores, Ai-U reflects only the emotional flow it understands. A simple way to look back at yourself, without pressure. ◆ Your own Ai-U Name, tone, even the emotional distance—it all adapts to you. Subscription information: Ai-U Premium is a monthly auto-renewable subscription.
