Movalytics is an AI coach that reads your real training. Ask about any workout, get a plan you can actually follow, and plan the route you will run it on. No jargon, no generic advice. KEY FEATURES CHAT WITH YOUR DATA Ask about your workouts, trends, and progress in plain language. Movalytics answers from your own sessions, with the numbers checked against your actual data. Pick Rapid for a quick take, Deep for longer reasoning, or Precision for the most careful analysis. TRAINING PLANS Ask your coach for a plan and save it to the Plans tab. Every day is laid out with the full workout. Tick days off as you go, get a reminder in the morning and a nudge if a day slips, and let synced workouts tick themselves off. Plans are calibrated to your last four weeks of training, so week one starts where you are. Finished one you liked? Run it again. ROUTE PLANNER Set a start point from your location, an address, or a long press on the map. Say how far you want to go and whether you prefer flat ground, trails, or quiet roads, and get loop options back. Reuse routes from your own history. Fly any route in 3D before you head out, then export a GPX file for Komoot, Garmin, or WorkOutDoors. ASK ABOUT EXACT DAYS Pick days on the calendar and the coach answers using only those sessions. Compare, review, or improve straight from the selection. PERFORMANCE AT A GLANCE Effort, recovery, and sleep rings for the week, plus charts for training load, pace against heart rate, and sleep stages. CONNECT SEAMLESSLY Syncs with Apple Health and Garmin. Runs, rides, swims, walks, gym sessions, and daily movement come in automatically, and Garmin also brings sleep, HRV, and stress. MULTI-SPORT Runner, cyclist, swimmer, or all three. Movalytics recognises every activity type you record. TRY IT FIRST No account form on first launch. Start chatting, then sign in with Apple or Google when you want your progress to follow you to another device. PRIVACY FIRST Only anonymised training metrics are analysed, never your name or anything that identifies you. Chat history is encrypted at rest. AI processing needs your consent and can be switched off any time in Settings. Movalytics never sells your data. HOW IT WORKS 1. Connect Apple Health or Garmin 2. Movalytics syncs your activities automatically 3. Ask anything about your training 4. Read full description

Runnerd is a running coach and a serious analytics app in one. It builds a plan around your goal, explains every recommendation and works with the runs you've already logged. No subscription. No account. No compromises. HOW IT WORKS Connect Apple Health and Runnerd reads your past runs, whether they came from your Apple Watch, your iPhone or another running app. No blank slate: Runnerd knows where you stand from day one. Keep tracking with whatever you use today. Set a goal, like your next half marathon, and pick a coach. The Patient One builds up carefully, The Ambitious One pushes harder, and The Balanced One sits in between. The difference shows up in your plan, not just in the tone. Runnerd maps out every week until race day and schedules more of the run types you enjoy. You can add your own runs whenever you like. Each morning, your coach checks the plan against your readiness. After each run, it reviews how it went. Ahead of your goal? It'll tell you. Goal asking for more than your coach allows? It'll tell you that too. FOR NERDS WHO RUN Fitness, fatigue and form, running economy, intensity, training load: Runnerd shows whether your training is working and explains every term along the way. It's all built on proven sports science, not AI: Banister for fitness and form, Daniels VDOT for training paces and predictions, Karvonen for heart rate zones. IPHONE AND MAC Check in on your iPhone, dig deeper on your Mac with a native Mac app. Your data syncs through your private iCloud. Runnerd collects nothing and runs no servers. AND THE DETAILS Shoe mileage with a heads-up before a pair wears out. Personal bests, spotted automatically. Running partners. Widgets for your Home Screen and Lock Screen. Share runs, weeks and personal bests as images. FREE, WITH A ONE-TIME PRO UPGRADE Runnerd is free to use. Pro adds race predictions, running technique analysis, GPX export and The Ambitious One. One purchase covers iPhone and Mac.
