Real-time heart rate coaching for the most efficient fat-burning intensity: Zone 2. Your Apple Watch keeps you in the sweet spot ā not too fast, not too slow ā every second of your workout. Diet results come from intensity, not just time. ā Why BurnCoach is different ⢠Built for Zone 2 ā Not just a heart rate display. BurnCoach tells you exactly how to adjust, every moment. ⢠Voice + haptic coaching ā Don't even look at your wrist. Cues drop into your music like Apple Maps navigation. ⢠Auto phases ā Warm-up, main, and cool-down transition automatically based on time and intensity. ⢠Live glow ring ā The ring color changes the instant you cross zones, glanceable on your wrist. ā Core features ⢠Real-time heart rate + zone detection (Rest, Warm-up, Fat Burn, Cardio, Peak, Max) ⢠Automatic Zone-time and Fat Burn duration tracking ⢠Post-workout report ā zone distribution, average/max BPM, calories, GPS route (outdoor) ⢠Two-way HealthKit sync ā pulls in workouts from other apps and writes back yours ⢠Live Activity / Dynamic Island ā see your zone from the lock screen ⢠Pace coaching ā voice cues to slow down or speed up ⢠Bluetooth heart rate monitors ā pair a chest strap and train with iPhone only, no watch needed ⢠Start from iPhone ā remotely launch the watch workout, or start right on iPhone with your HRM ā Why Zone 2 matters Zone 2 (60ā70% of max heart rate) is where your body uses fat as the primary fuel. ⢠Faster (Zone 3+): you burn more carbs, less fat efficiency. ⢠Slower (Zone 1): not enough caloric demand to matter. If your goal is weight loss, time-in-Zone-2 is the most honest metric. ā With or without a watch ⢠Standalone Apple Watch ā runs entirely on your watch; leave your iPhone at home. History syncs when reconnected. ⢠No watch? ā pair a Bluetooth heart rate monitor (chest strap) and get the same real-time zone coaching on iPhone alone. ⢠Smart audio routing ā coaching speaks through your earphones when connected, or your watch speaker when not. ā Privacy first All workout data stays on your device. No external servers. HealthKit access is fully controlled by you. ā Requirements ⢠iPhone: iOS 17 or later ⢠Apple Watch: watchOS 10 or later (optional ā Series 4 and newer recommended) ⢠Bluetooth heart rate monitor: standard heart rate profile devices (optional ā for training without a watch) Make every 30 minutes count.

HeartZone Coach helps runners and walkers stay aware of their effort without staring at the phone. Choose an Outdoor or Indoor Run or Walk, select your target heart-rate zone, and keep moving while HeartZone Coach speaks short English cues as your effort changes. Live metrics show time, heart rate, distance, pace, steps, cadence, and moving time. Distance and pace can follow your iPhone Region measurement system, or you can choose Miles or Kilometers explicitly. Outdoor workouts use GPS and can save a route map. Indoor workouts use iPhone motion for steps and estimated distance without recording a GPS route. After finishing, review your workout metrics, step totals, time in heart-rate zones, and an outdoor route map when available. Completed workouts stay in local History, can be written to Apple Health with your permission, and can be exported as complete machine-readable JSON for your own analysis. Add Workout & Progress widgets to the Home Screen or Lock Screen for separate Walk and Run starts, contextual warnings, weekly progress, and your latest workout. Configure environment and target zone on the Workout screen; live workout metrics remain in the user-initiated Live Activity. HeartZone Coach is privacy-first: ⢠No account or sign-in ⢠No ads or subscriptions ⢠No cloud sync ⢠No cross-app tracking ⢠Anonymous product and reliability analytics can be turned off in Settings ⢠Analytics never include workout, Health, route, profile, export, or local-diagnostics data ⢠Route maps are stored locally on your iPhone by default ⢠Complete workout-history export requires your explicit action ⢠Diagnostics exports exclude route coordinates and raw motion data HeartZone Coach is a fitness coaching tool, not a medical device. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.
