Track what you eat. Learn what you burn. Tare is a calorie and macro tracker that runs on your iPhone and stays there. No account to create, no ads, no analytics. Your food log lives on your device and, if you want it to, in your own iCloud. One payment. No subscription. EVERY DAY • Log food from three sources — a built-in food index that works offline, USDA FoodData Central, and Open Food Facts — or scan a barcode, or point your camera at a nutrition label • Watch calories, protein, carbs, and fat fill against your goals as the day goes on • Build your own foods, recipes, and meal templates once, then log them in a tap • Sort your day into meal categories you name, color, and order yourself • Track water with quick-add buttons sized to your own glass BEYOND CALORIES • Over 20 vitamins and minerals tracked alongside your macros, each against its daily value • Short on iron, calcium, protein, or fiber? Tap it and Tare tells you what to eat to close the gap, ranked from your own foods first • Already on target? The same tap shows which foods got you there TARGETS THAT KEEP UP • Tare learns what you actually burn from your weight trend and what you log, then suggests new targets each week. You accept them or you don't • Body fat from a smart scale lets it tell muscle from fat, so a recomposition stops reading as standing still • Your weight is smoothed into a trend, so one heavy dinner doesn't read as a setback FASTING AND SUPPLEMENTS • Run a fasting schedule with a Lock Screen timer, and correct a fast that started or ended at the wrong moment • Keep supplements in timing groups with reminders, and log the water you take them with WORKOUTS (BETA) • Log sets, reps, and weight with a rest timer on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and log the next set from there • Start the workout Up Next builds from your gym's equipment, your goal, your time, and which muscles have recovered — and see why it chose each exercise — or save your own • 600+ exercises with how-to animations, and a muscle figure that shows what each workout trained • Records per exercise, Apple Watch workouts in History, Fitbod import, and finished workouts written to Apple Health • Off by default: turn it on in Profile → Workouts. Needs iOS 26.4 REPORTS AND CHECK-INS • Weight, body composition, calories, macros, and micronutrients over one, three, or six months • A daily check-in on energy, mood, sleep, and hunger, and what those move with ON YOUR WRIST AND HOME SCREEN • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets for calories and macros • Apple Watch logs water and supplements, shows your day, your fast, and the set you are on during a workout, with a calorie ring complication IN YOUR LANGUAGE • English, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, and Polish — every screen, number, and reminder, on iPhone, widgets, and Apple Watch • Food search understands all five: the built-in food index knows everyday foods by their names in each language • It opens in your iPhone's language, and you can change it in Profile → Language & Region • Translations are built into the app. Choosing a language sends nothing anywhere PRIVATE BY CONSTRUCTION • No account, no tracking, no advertising or analytics frameworks • Sync runs through your own iCloud account, which we cannot read • Apple Health is optional, and every data type is permitted separately • Export everything you have recorded as CSV, whenever you like One purchase. No subscription. No ads. iPhone, iPad, watch. Tare is not a medical device and does not provide medical, dietary, or nutritional advice. Food data comes from USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts and is provided as-is. Exercise data by RepDB (repdb.co).

Calvi is a food diary where you never type calories by hand. Write the way you speak: "two eggs and toast with butter", "a bowl of borscht", "300 ml of water", "ran 30 minutes". Nora, the built-in AI assistant, reads the sentence, recognises the dish, takes the portion weight into account and logs calories, protein, fat and carbs herself. If the weight is missing, she asks once and offers amounts you pick with one tap. No tables, no searching a database, no calculator. A PHOTO INSTEAD OF WORDS Snap your plate and Nora tells you what is on it and what it adds up to. The photo lives only as long as the analysis takes: it is never stored and never reaches our database. ONE DIARY FOR THE WHOLE DAY • Calories, protein, fat and carbs for every meal, counted by Nora • Water • Weight and body measurements • Workouts: burned calories are subtracted from what you ate, so a training day gives you room • Medications with reminders A NORM THAT IS YOURS The daily norm comes from the Mifflin-St Jeor formula: height, weight, age and activity. You choose the goal and the pace, and the app says plainly when you will get there and when the pace is too aggressive to hold. Days inside your norm turn green, and the streak counts them. NORA REMEMBERS Say "I don't eat pork" once and never repeat it. Allergens are checked against what a dish is made of, not its name, so peanuts hidden in a sauce do not slip through. YOUR OWN DISHES Log your homemade borscht once and it counts the same way next time. Your dishes stay yours and never change the shared reference for anyone else. ANALYTICS WITHOUT DECORATION Weeks and months as charts: calories, weight, macros, measurements. You see the trend instead of one bad day. FREE AND PRO The diary, analytics, water, workouts, measurements and medications are free, with no ads and no time limit. Nora is free too, within a monthly allowance of tokens: a message costs one, a photo two. Calvi Pro removes the allowance: unlimited conversations, photos, weekly reviews and recipe ideas. Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled; cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings. Buying Pro requires signing in, so the subscription follows you to a new phone. WORKS WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT The app is ready from the first second, with no email and no password. Sign in with Apple or Google does two things: it brings your entries back on a new phone and it ties Pro to you rather than to a device. HONEST ABOUT THE NUMBERS Calorie values are estimates: from the label for packaged food, averages for dishes. Calvi is a logging tool, not a medical device and not a doctor. Decisions about your health stay with you and your physician. Calvi Pro subscription Calvi Pro Monthly: one month, renews every month Calvi Pro Yearly: one year, renews every year The price is shown in the app in your local currency before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://calvi.uk/privacy
