BPC-157 every day, reta once a week, TRT twice a week. You keep it in the Notes app and a stack of alarms, and you still wonder whether you already took it. COMPOUND keeps each compound on its own schedule, reminds you when a dose is due, and shows at a glance whether this week's dose is done. Built for peptides first. TRT fits just as well. WHAT COMPOUND PRO INCLUDES - A schedule for each compound: daily, twice a day, every other day, two or three times a week, weekly, every two weeks, monthly, cycles with breaks, or as needed. Blends included. - Reminders at your dose times, and a home screen widget with your next dose. - A dose log with date, time and injection site, and a history of everything you logged. - A body map of your injection sites that suggests the next site in your rotation. - Your supply at a glance: what's left of each one, and a heads-up when it runs low. - Where each one came from: the vendor, pharmacy or clinic, and a lot or batch number if you want one. Past sources are one tap away, and once you add a source, the doses from that supply show it. - Labels: make one from what you entered, with the name, its number in your supply and the date, plus the source if you switch it on. Pick one of five sizes, then share it as an image or copy the text into your label printer's app. - Symptom check-ins, so how you feel sits next to what you took. - Bloodwork: enter a lab report by hand, or from a photo with AI turned on. See each marker against its range and what changed since your last panel. - The Library: 91 compounds and the studies on file for them. Depending on the research, a compound's page can show how it works and the side effects reported, and for some, who it was tested in and what the studies found. Plus guides to storage, rotating injection sites, and what to log and when. - AI, only if you turn it on: a daily brief, notes on patterns between your symptoms and your log, and answers to questions about your own records and the research. - Apple Health, if you allow it: sleep, HRV and resting heart rate next to your check-ins, and all of those plus workouts, weight and glucose in your daily brief. PRIVACY Anonymous sign-in, no account needed. No ads inside the app, and we never sell your data. Your doses, symptoms, bloodwork and Apple Health data are never shared with advertisers. IMPORTANT COMPOUND is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it does not prescribe, recommend or adjust doses. It keeps the record you enter and shows published research. Talk to a qualified healthcare provider before you start or change any protocol or medication. Peptide Protocol is a shot log for people following a peptide or GLP-1 routine their clinician set. Log every dose in seconds: the compound, the amount you took and the injection site, exactly as you enter them. Get reminders at the times you choose. Rotate injection sites with a body map that shows where you went last. Keep track of your vials: what you have on hand, mix and expiry dates, and refill alerts before you run out. Check in on energy, sleep, appetite, side effects and weight, and see your own logs side by side week by week. Works for semaglutide, tirzepatide, BPC-157, CJC-1295, ipamorelin, GHK-Cu and 30+ more compounds. Pause a protocol with a return date and it picks up again on the day you choose. Your records stay on your iPhone. IMPORTANT Peptide Protocol is a personal log. It does not compute, suggest, recommend or adjust doses, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Enter the dose and amounts your prescriber gave you, and talk to a qualified healthcare professional before any medical decision.
