BPC-157 every day, reta once a week, TRT twice a week. You keep it in the Notes app and a stack of alarms, and you still wonder whether you already took it. COMPOUND keeps each compound on its own schedule, reminds you when a dose is due, and shows at a glance whether this week's dose is done. Built for peptides first. TRT fits just as well. WHAT COMPOUND PRO INCLUDES - A schedule for each compound: daily, twice a day, every other day, two or three times a week, weekly, every two weeks, monthly, cycles with breaks, or as needed. Blends included. - Reminders at your dose times, and a home screen widget with your next dose. - A dose log with date, time and injection site, and a history of everything you logged. - A body map of your injection sites that suggests the next site in your rotation. - Your supply at a glance: what's left of each one, and a heads-up when it runs low. - Where each one came from: the vendor, pharmacy or clinic, and a lot or batch number if you want one. Past sources are one tap away, and once you add a source, the doses from that supply show it. - Labels: make one from what you entered, with the name, its number in your supply and the date, plus the source if you switch it on. Pick one of five sizes, then share it as an image or copy the text into your label printer's app. - Symptom check-ins, so how you feel sits next to what you took. - Bloodwork: enter a lab report by hand, or from a photo with AI turned on. See each marker against its range and what changed since your last panel. - The Library: 91 compounds and the studies on file for them. Depending on the research, a compound's page can show how it works and the side effects reported, and for some, who it was tested in and what the studies found. Plus guides to storage, rotating injection sites, and what to log and when. - AI, only if you turn it on: a daily brief, notes on patterns between your symptoms and your log, and answers to questions about your own records and the research. - Apple Health, if you allow it: sleep, HRV and resting heart rate next to your check-ins, and all of those plus workouts, weight and glucose in your daily brief. PRIVACY Anonymous sign-in, no account needed. No ads inside the app, and we never sell your data. Your doses, symptoms, bloodwork and Apple Health data are never shared with advertisers. IMPORTANT COMPOUND is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it does not prescribe, recommend or adjust doses. It keeps the record you enter and shows published research. Talk to a qualified healthcare provider before you start or change any protocol or medication. Pepti is the precision tracker for compounded GLP-1s, Retatrutide, and research peptides - with an AI Coach. Log every shot. Rotate injection sites across 12 zones. Read your bloodwork in context. AI COACH (Pro) Ask anything about peptide pharmacology: how compounds work, what a half-life means, and what published research says — every answer cites its source. The Coach explains the science with citations to published research. It never tells you what to take or how much. Answers grounded in pharmacology and your logged history - not a generic health chatbot. Every response includes citations to published research. The Coach does not give personal treatment advice; clinical decisions are referred to your healthcare provider. 12-ZONE INJECTION SITE HEATMAP (Pro) Track every injection across 12 anatomical zones - abdomen, thighs, glutes, delts. Pepti shows where you last injected and visualises rotation history. BLOODWORK READING (Pro) Upload your lab results and Pepti displays them against published reference ranges. The Coach explains what biomarkers mean - IGF-1, SHBG, hsCRP, testosterone, metabolic markers, liver function - referencing published research. WHOOP + APPLE HEALTH (Pro) Connect your WHOOP recovery data - HRV, resting heart rate, daily strain, sleep. Apple Health syncs steps, active calories, and HealthKit data. See how your logged compounds correlate with performance. PRIVACY BY DESIGN Your stack stays on your device. When using the AI Coach, your messages and selected app context are sent to Anthropic to generate responses; you must explicitly consent before any data is shared, and you can revoke consent at any time in Settings. No data sold. No ads. Built by an independent developer.
