BPC-157 every day, reta once a week, TRT twice a week. You keep it in the Notes app and a stack of alarms, and you still wonder whether you already took it. COMPOUND keeps each compound on its own schedule, reminds you when a dose is due, and shows at a glance whether this week's dose is done. Built for peptides first. TRT fits just as well. WHAT COMPOUND PRO INCLUDES - A schedule for each compound: daily, twice a day, every other day, two or three times a week, weekly, every two weeks, monthly, cycles with breaks, or as needed. Blends included. - Reminders at your dose times, and a home screen widget with your next dose. - A dose log with date, time and injection site, and a history of everything you logged. - A body map of your injection sites that suggests the next site in your rotation. - Your supply at a glance: what's left of each one, and a heads-up when it runs low. - Where each one came from: the vendor, pharmacy or clinic, and a lot or batch number if you want one. Past sources are one tap away, and once you add a source, the doses from that supply show it. - Labels: make one from what you entered, with the name, its number in your supply and the date, plus the source if you switch it on. Pick one of five sizes, then share it as an image or copy the text into your label printer's app. - Symptom check-ins, so how you feel sits next to what you took. - Bloodwork: enter a lab report by hand, or from a photo with AI turned on. See each marker against its range and what changed since your last panel. - The Library: 91 compounds and the studies on file for them. Depending on the research, a compound's page can show how it works and the side effects reported, and for some, who it was tested in and what the studies found. Plus guides to storage, rotating injection sites, and what to log and when. - AI, only if you turn it on: a daily brief, notes on patterns between your symptoms and your log, and answers to questions about your own records and the research. - Apple Health, if you allow it: sleep, HRV and resting heart rate next to your check-ins, and all of those plus workouts, weight and glucose in your daily brief. PRIVACY Anonymous sign-in, no account needed. No ads inside the app, and we never sell your data. Your doses, symptoms, bloodwork and Apple Health data are never shared with advertisers. IMPORTANT COMPOUND is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it does not prescribe, recommend or adjust doses. It keeps the record you enter and shows published research. Talk to a qualified healthcare provider before you start or change any protocol or medication. Serious tracking for peptides, GLP-1, TRT and HRT, with the bloodwork to see what actually changed. A precision instrument for people who run their own peptide, GLP-1, HRT and TRT protocols. Record an injection, a pill or a spray in a few taps, or let scheduled protocols run on auto-pilot. Log your workouts, water, meals and periods in the same place. Local-first and private. No efficacy claims, no gamification, no guilt. TRACK PROTOCOLS • The largest compound library in any tracker: peptides, GLP-1s, hormones and supplements • Record what you take in seconds, with titration schedules and cycle calendars • Injection-site rotation on a body map, with recently used sites marked before you pick one • Modeled Exposure: an estimate of what's on board now and where each blood draw fell on the curve • Adherence history and a verdict when a cycle ends TRACK YOUR PERIOD • Log periods, symptoms and waking temperature, with a calendar and a dial that shows where you are in your cycle • Perimenopause and menopause read from your own logs, including a hot flash count • Birth control reminders. Fertile days and ovulation are shown as estimates only, never as birth control • Your cycle data is never used for analytics LOG YOUR WORKOUTS • A library of 250+ exercises, each with a short demonstration of how it's done • Last time's numbers beside every set, a rest timer, and personal records marked as you hit them • Starter templates, a workout calendar, and progress charts for every exercise FOOD AND WATER • AI food log: type or photograph a meal, review the estimate, correct it, approve. Nothing logs without your review. • One-tap repeat meals, recipes, serving sizes, and targets you set yourself • Log water in a tap from the app, a widget or Siri, with reminders through the day KEEP INVENTORY • Vault: fridge, freezer and shelf zones, cap colors, and supply runway tied to your protocols • Photograph a kit's packing list to add vials in bulk UNDERSTAND YOUR BLOODWORK • Import lab PDFs or photos and confirm every value before it counts • Trends across every report and every lab, with printed originals always preserved • Ranges shown are the ones printed on YOUR report. Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is monetization model: PeptideLab at free with in-app purchases against COMPOUND's subscription. PeptideLab also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 days vs every 9 days). COMPOUND's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
