Peptide Protocol is a shot log for people following a peptide or GLP-1 routine their clinician set. Log every dose in seconds: the compound, the amount you took and the injection site, exactly as you enter them. Get reminders at the times you choose. Rotate injection sites with a body map that shows where you went last. Keep track of your vials: what you have on hand, mix and expiry dates, and refill alerts before you run out. Check in on energy, sleep, appetite, side effects and weight, and see your own logs side by side week by week. Works for semaglutide, tirzepatide, BPC-157, CJC-1295, ipamorelin, GHK-Cu and 30+ more compounds. Pause a protocol with a return date and it picks up again on the day you choose. Your records stay on your iPhone. IMPORTANT Peptide Protocol is a personal log. It does not compute, suggest, recommend or adjust doses, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Enter the dose and amounts your prescriber gave you, and talk to a qualified healthcare professional before any medical decision. About

Vela

Features

Vela turns what you log during GLP-1 treatment into something you can act on. Not another weight app. Vela is built around the things that actually decide how this treatment goes: taking the dose your doctor prescribed, on time; keeping your muscle while the weight comes off; and knowing whether a side effect is a pattern or a bad day. WHAT IT TRACKS • Doses — the dose your prescriber set, when you took it, and how long until the next injection or tablet • Injection site rotation — a body map that shows which sites have rested • Weight and body composition — how much of your loss is fat and how much is lean mass, from your own waist, hip and neck measurements • Protein — a daily target based on your lean mass, logged by photo, barcode or a tap • Side effects — a daily check-in that takes half a minute • Supply and cost — how many pens are left, the date they run out, when to get to the pharmacy, and what the treatment has cost you WHAT IT SHOWS YOU • Medication level — an estimate of how the medication builds up and fades between doses, based on the half-life in the manufacturer's prescribing information • Side effect rhythm — which day of the cycle your nausea peaks on, so you can plan around it • Plateau or not — whether a flat two weeks is a real stall or the expected pause after a dose change • A doctor report — a one-page PDF summary, with the questions worth asking Vela does not calculate or suggest doses. Every dose in the app is one you entered, exactly as your doctor prescribed it. Every medical fact, formula and range in the app is referenced — the sources are one tap away in Settings. FREE, ALWAYS Dose logging, reminders, site rotation, weight and side-effect tracking are free and stay free. No trial that expires on the part you use every day. VELA+ The layer that reads your data back to you: medication level curve, side effect patterns, body composition, protein and fluid targets, maintenance mode, coming-off support, the doctor report, the encrypted photo vault, supply and cost, and iCloud sync. YOUR DATA Everything stays on your device and in your own iCloud. Progress photos are encrypted on device and never leave it. Meal photos are sent for analysis only when you start a scan, and nothing identifies you. No accounts, no ads, no trackers. WORKS WITH Mounjaro®, Zepbound®, Wegovy®, Wegovy® pill, Foundayo™, Ozempic®, generic semaglutide, Saxenda®, Rybelsus® — or set up your own medication, including compounded. — Vela is a tracking tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice, and it does not replace your doctor's plan. Always follow the instructions from your prescriber and the medication leaflet.
