Procrastination isn't a time-management problem. It's an emotional-regulation problem ā which is why to-do lists and productivity systems alone never fully fix it. Antigravity is an iPhone coach for the moment you can't start. Log the task you've been avoiding, tap Need Help, and a warm AI coach walks you through exactly what's blocking you, then helps you pick one impossibly-small first action you can actually take right now. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT ⢠A compassionate coach, not a drill sergeant ā it meets you where you are instead of lecturing you about discipline. ⢠Built on the RAIN method (Recognize, Allow, investigate, Non-identify) for sitting with what's underneath the avoidance. ⢠Diagnoses the real bottleneck using Temporal Motivation Theory ā is it expectancy, value, impulsivity, or delay? ⢠Every conversation ends with one Minimum Viable Action. "Open the document." "Write one sentence." "Send a three-word email." ⢠A growing space base that tracks your progress: Habitat ā Outpost ā Settlement ā Colony ā City. Every tiny action compounds into something visible. HOW IT WORKS 1. Log the task you've been putting off. No pressure ā just name it. 2. Tap Need Help. The coach gently asks what's coming up, validates it, and narrows the block. 3. Get your Minimum Viable Action. Go try it. 4. Come back and tell the coach you did it. Your base levels up. The avoidance loses a little more of its grip each time. WHO IT'S FOR ⢠People who've tried every productivity system and still can't start the thing. ⢠People with ADHD who know the problem isn't a lack of knowing what to do. ⢠Anyone who's stared at a task for hours, unable to move toward it. ⢠People who want compassion, not shame, when they're stuck. PRIVACY, BY DESIGN ⢠No accounts. No sign-in. No cloud sync. ⢠Your tasks and progress stay on your device. ⢠We don't collect names, emails, contacts, or location. ⢠Only anonymous, aggregate usage data ā no tracking across apps or sites. Antigravity is free, focused, and built small on purpose. If you've ever needed a little help finding the first step, it's here for you.
Plain Pomodoro

Plain Pomodoro is a focus timer with nothing in the way. Press start. Work for 25 minutes. When the timer ends you get a notification and a sound, and a 5-minute break starts automatically. Then it repeats ā for as long as you keep going. WHAT IT DOES ⢠25-minute work sessions and 5-minute breaks, repeating automatically ⢠Notification with sound when a session ends ā even if the app is in the background or your phone is locked ⢠Start, pause, and reset at any time ⢠Adjust work and break lengths in Settings WHAT IT DOESN'T DO ⢠No account. No sign-up. ⢠No ads. No subscriptions. No in-app purchases. ⢠No analytics, no trackers, and no network access at all. The app collects nothing because it connects to nothing. That's the whole app. It does one thing, so you can too.
