About

Parallel Rest Timer

Features

I built this app because I was tired of overly complicated workout trackers. I didn't want to click through menus logging my reps, sets, and weight records just to finally start a simple rest timer. If you just want to start your workout and time your breaks, this is the app for you. It does exactly what it says: lets you start a workout session and run multiple rest timers at the same time, right from your wrist. What it does: - Closes your rings: It starts a real watchOS workout session, so your heart rate is tracked and your active calories count toward your Apple Health rings. - Phone-free: Works entirely on your Apple Watch so you can leave your phone in your locker or at home. - Concurrent timers: Run multiple break timers in parallel. - Not just for lifting: You can select different activity types, making it just as useful for running, HIIT, yoga, or any other workout outside the weight room. - 100% Private: This app maximizes your privacy. It doesn't even ask for internet access, requires no accounts, and does zero tracking. Your data never leaves your device. No fluff, no mandatory data entry, and no tracking. Just start your activity, and time your rests.

RackD is a fast, private workout tracker for people who lift. Log your sets, follow your routines, and watch the numbers go up โ€” without accounts, ads, or your training data leaving your phone. WORKOUT LOGGING THAT STAYS OUT OF YOUR WAY Start a workout, add exercises, and log weight and reps. Check off sets as you go. A rest timer starts automatically when you finish a set, with a per-exercise override when you need it. 800+ EXERCISES, EASY TO FIND A built-in library of over 800 exercises, searchable by name and filterable by muscle group and equipment. Add your own custom exercises too. ROUTINES & TEMPLATES Save your workouts as reusable routines and start your next session in seconds. See what you did last time, set by set, right where you're logging. TRACK REAL PROGRESS Per-exercise charts for volume and estimated 1RM. Automatic personal records. A finish-workout summary that shows what you hit โ€” and suggests where to add weight or reps next time, so you keep progressing. BUILT FOR THE GYM Kilograms or pounds, switchable anytime. A plate calculator for loading the bar. Body-measurement tracking. A clean dark design that's easy to read mid-set. YOUR DATA IS YOURS No account. No sign-up. No cloud. Everything you log is stored only on your device. We don't collect it, we don't sell it, and we can't see it. RackD Pro The core logger is free. Upgrade to Pro once โ€” no subscription โ€” to unlock unlimited routines, body metrics, progress charts, personal records, the plate calculator, progressive-overload suggestions, estimated calories burned, and local progress photos. RackD is a fitness tracking tool, not medical advice. Workout suggestions and estimates are approximate and for general information only. Consult a doctor or qualified trainer before starting or changing any exercise programme.
