Congratulations. You have downloaded a productivity app. This is either a great decision, or you're procrastinating right now by downloading a productivity app instead of doing the thing you're supposed to do. Either way, welcome. THE MATRIX Not the movie. No red pill, no blue pill. Just four boxes that force you to answer one deeply uncomfortable question: Is this actually important, or do I just FEEL like it's urgent? - Do Now: Yes, this. Right now. Stop reading. - Schedule: Important but not today. Future You will handle it. (Future You is not happy about this.) - Delegate: Someone else's problem. Excellent. - Eliminate: You were never going to do this anyway. Be honest. ACCOUNTABILITY FRIENDS Add your friends. Watch their progress bar in real time. When they're killing it, send a cheer. When they haven't moved in three days, send a nudge. When they nudge you back, feel a complicated mix of gratitude and shame. Get things done. CHECKLIST For people who need to write "shower" on a list before they'll do it. No judgement. We have a Pomodoro timer too. CALENDAR Your deadlines, visualised. In colour. So you can see exactly how bad things are. The month view shows dots in your tag colours on each day. If you see a lot of red dots, that's on you. DEADLINE TRACKER A countdown to your impending doom, but make it aesthetic. TAG COLORS Blue = Work. Red = Urgent. Green = Personal. Yellow = I'll figure out what this is later. The app remembers your labels. It's more organised than you are. WIDGETS Put your next deadline on your home screen. So every time you open your phone to scroll social media, you see it. Staring at you. Waiting. Focus Matrix. Because adulting is hard, but at least it can be colour-coded.

Your head is not a to-do list. Record a task by voice โ Unload turns what you said into a task. One voice note, one task โ with a title, a date, an owner and the steps it takes. No forms, no setup, no sorting it all out later. First task in three seconds. HOW IT WORKS 1. Hit record โ in the app, in the widget, or on the Action Button โ and say what you need to do. 2. Unload recognizes the speech and works out the rest: what to do, by when, who owns it, what it breaks down into. 3. The task is already in your list. The recording and the transcript stay with it, so the original is always one tap away. WHAT'S INSIDE โ Voice, text, or a message forwarded from Telegram โ capture it however it arrives. โ Dates the way people say them: "on Friday", "in two weeks", "tomorrow morning". โ Contexts: work, home, car, a project. Nothing gets mixed together. โ Subtasks and checklists, so a big job becomes a set of steps. โ Recurring tasks for the things that come back every week. โ Focus: a short list for today, as its own screen and as a home screen widget. โ Works offline. On a plane, in a tunnel, out of town โ the capture waits on your phone and sends itself when the network returns. โ On the web at unloads.me: the same tasks from your computer. FOR TEAMS A Telegram group or topic becomes a shared context. Reply to a message, mention the bot, say who and when โ and the agreement leaves the chat as a task with an owner and a deadline. The bot never reads the conversation; it steps in only when you call it. A shared task can only go to someone who is part of that context. WHY VOICE Thoughts arrive at the wrong time and in the wrong place: driving, walking, between meetings. Typing is awkward, and holding it in your head means thinking about nothing else. Saying it out loud takes three seconds, and your head is clear again. PRIVACY What is collected and why is set out in the policy at unloads.me/privacy. The recording and the transcript are deleted along with the task. Free, with no setup. Start right away and create an account later.
