Linear Timer+ is an interval timer built for people who work in structured blocks — focus sessions, workout sets, study sprints, cooking timers, or any sequence of named activities. Most timers count down to zero. Linear Timer+ lets you build a full sequence: 25 minutes of FOCUS, 5 minutes of BREAK, then repeat. Each interval has its own label, duration, and color. The timer moves through them automatically, chiming at each transition. Named intervals — call them whatever reflects your actual work. DEEP WORK. STRETCH. COOLDOWN. COLD PLUNGE. Your labels, your rhythm. Live Activity — the timer stays visible on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island. See your current interval and a live progress bar without touching your phone. Works with screen off — sounds and voice cues fire reliably in the background. Lock your phone and walk away. Logbook — a private on-device record of your focus history. Total time, weekly comparison, a 7-day chart, and time broken down by each of your activity labels. No punishing streaks — just honest information about how you actually spend structured time. Voice cues — optional spoken announcements at each transition: the interval name, time remaining, what's coming up next. Multiple timers — run independent sessions side by side. A workout and a work block at the same time. Scheduled starts — set timers to auto-start at specific times on specific days. Presets — save your favorite configurations and load them in one tap. Pomodoro mode — classic 25/5 technique built in, no setup needed. 100% private — no accounts, no cloud sync, no analytics. All data stays on your device. The Logbook has never seen the internet.

About

Seqnze

Features

A routine is only as good as your ability to execute it. Most timer apps let you pause. Most habit apps let you skip. Most planners let you negotiate. Seqnze doesn't. You pre-plan a sequence of timed steps. You hit start. The clock counts down each step, auto-advances to the next, and never gives you a pause button. No re-thinking. No bargaining. Just execution. Use it to: • Kill procrastination — drop into the "Break procrastination" preset when you can't get started. Four steps, ten minutes, no escape. • Run a morning that actually leads somewhere — fifteen timed steps from waking up to walking out the door. • Lock into deep work — fifty minutes of focus, five-minute break, twenty-five-minute finish. • Shut the workday clean — wrap, reset, transition to home without the residue. • Reset on Sundays — set the week before the week sets you. — BUILT-IN ROUTINES — Ten pre-built sequences ship with the app: Morning, Deep Work Block, Break Procrastination, Evening Shutdown, Work-to-Home, Home Arrival, Sunday Reset, Creative Block, Household Reset, Workout. Copy one in, edit if you want, hit start. — BUILD YOUR OWN — Any routine. Any number of steps. Any duration. Add an emoji per step if it helps. Save it. Run it. — APPLE WATCH — Full Watch app. Start, mirror, and finish a sequence from your wrist. The phone keeps the timer alive in the background; the Watch shows the current step, time left, and progress. — LIVE ACTIVITY + DYNAMIC ISLAND — Lock your phone. Your sequence stays visible on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Current step, countdown, no unlocking, no thinking. — STATS THAT MATTER — Streak, total minutes run, monthly heatmap, weekly chart, most-used routine. Numbers that show whether you actually showed up. Built for people who'd rather execute than plan. Subscription required for full access.
