Linear Timer+ is an interval timer built for people who work in structured blocks — focus sessions, workout sets, study sprints, cooking timers, or any sequence of named activities. Most timers count down to zero. Linear Timer+ lets you build a full sequence: 25 minutes of FOCUS, 5 minutes of BREAK, then repeat. Each interval has its own label, duration, and color. The timer moves through them automatically, chiming at each transition. Named intervals — call them whatever reflects your actual work. DEEP WORK. STRETCH. COOLDOWN. COLD PLUNGE. Your labels, your rhythm. Live Activity — the timer stays visible on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island. See your current interval and a live progress bar without touching your phone. Works with screen off — sounds and voice cues fire reliably in the background. Lock your phone and walk away. Logbook — a private on-device record of your focus history. Total time, weekly comparison, a 7-day chart, and time broken down by each of your activity labels. No punishing streaks — just honest information about how you actually spend structured time. Voice cues — optional spoken announcements at each transition: the interval name, time remaining, what's coming up next. Multiple timers — run independent sessions side by side. A workout and a work block at the same time. Scheduled starts — set timers to auto-start at specific times on specific days. Presets — save your favorite configurations and load them in one tap. Pomodoro mode — classic 25/5 technique built in, no setup needed. 100% private — no accounts, no cloud sync, no analytics. All data stays on your device. The Logbook has never seen the internet.

About

Focusoro

Features

Focusoro is a Pomodoro timer that knows when you reach for your phone. An ordinary timer counts down and hopes your willpower holds. Focusoro keeps your phone on the desk, records every urge you resist and shows you getting better, week after week. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT • The session starts itself — set the time, put your phone down, and the countdown begins once it stops moving. • It notices when you pick up your phone — motion sensors catch the lift, and you get a few seconds to put it back. • It counts the urges you beat, not just the minutes. • Nine background sounds that keep playing with the screen locked. • A session length tailored to you, worked out from your own history. • Tasks and reports: see where your time went, week by week and month by month. • Sessions and stats stay on your phone: no accounts, no ads, no tracking. HOW IT WORKS Set the session length on the dial, down to the minute, tap Start and place your phone on your desk or a charger. As soon as it lies still, the countdown begins. The screen dims so it won't tempt you — and you're free to lock your phone: the session keeps going and the countdown stays on your Lock Screen. Reach for your phone mid-session and the screen lights up while it vibrates, nudging you back to work. Leave the app and the session fails — no exceptions. An incoming call or an alarm won't ruin it, though: the countdown waits until you're back and the phone is down again. BACKGROUND SOUNDS Rain, a thunderstorm, the sea, a forest, a café, an airplane cabin, or brown, pink and white noise. The sound plays for the whole session, even with the screen locked, fades out the moment you pick up your phone and never interrupts music from other apps. BREAKS WITHOUT THE GUILT Finish a session and the break is all yours; every few sessions you get a longer one. The countdown sits on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. STATS THAT ACTUALLY TELL YOU SOMETHING A week-over-week report shows whether you're improving: how often you pick up your phone, how quickly you put it back, your self-control index and how punctually you return from breaks. A histogram reveals the minute your focus starts to slip. Thirty-day breakdowns answer real questions: what ends your sessions, whether you do better with the phone face down, which session lengths you actually finish, and which background sound helps you focus most. YOUR TIME After a week, Focusoro suggests a session length based on your own history, not someone else's theory. The suggestion sits above the dial — one tap sets it. DAILY GOAL AND RHYTHM A card on the start screen shows your progress toward today's goal, completed sessions and your streak — hit the goal and you get fireworks. Before you start, you also see where you are in the cycle. TASKS AND TIME REPORTS Pick a task before you start and Focusoro records how much time you spend on it — even in a failed session, up to the moment it broke. Weekly and monthly reports show your work time day by day and split by task. Share a report with one tap or export it to CSV. APPLE WATCH, IPHONE AND IPAD Your watch shows the session and break countdowns, and if you reach for your phone, the seconds left to put it down. Focusoro runs on iPhone and iPad. PRIVACY Your sessions, tasks and stats stay on your device — no accounts, no ads, no tracking. We only send anonymous usage statistics, which you can turn off in Settings. Detecting when you pick up the phone requires access to motion data. PRICING The yearly subscription starts with seven days free — you're charged only after that, and you can cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. Prefer to pay once? There's a lifetime purchase that never renews.
