PeptidePal is a peptide and GLP-1 protocol tracker used by over 150,000 people — dose logging, vial inventory, injection site rotation, reconstitution math, scheduling, and a 110+ compound library in one app. Whether you're on a prescribed GLP-1, running your first protocol, or managing several compounds on different schedules, PeptidePal keeps it all in one place. WHY PEPTIDEPAL? ◉ BUILT FOR PROTOCOLS, NOT PILLS: Generic medication apps track one pill, once a day. PeptidePal handles mcg, mg, IU and mL, cycles, on/off weeks, site rotation, and vial lifecycle. ◉ NO DRIFT: Three weeks in, it's easy to lose track of whether you're on day 9 or day 12. PeptidePal keeps the protocol you designed and the protocol you're running the same thing. MAIN FEATURES: ▶ PROTOCOL BUILDER Build from the library or from scratch. Set dose (mcg, mg, IU, mL), frequency (daily, every other day, twice weekly, 5-on/2-off, custom), days, start date, notes, and reminders. Run multiple protocols side by side. ▶ DOSE LOGGING & CALENDAR One tap to log. A week strip and monthly calendar show completed and planned doses, injection site, and time. Streaks keep you consistent. ▶ VIAL INVENTORY & SUPPLY ALERTS Log fill size, concentration, and expiry. PeptidePal projects each vial's run-out date from your live schedule and warns you about a week ahead. ▶ RECONSTITUTION MATH Enter vial size, diluent volume, desired amount, and syringe size. PeptidePal does the mg/mL arithmetic and shows it on a syringe diagram, with an over-capacity warning. Unit conversion only — PeptidePal does not recommend a dose. ▶ INJECTION SITE ROTATION Tap-to-select on an interactive body map, with recently used sites heat-mapped so your rotation is visible at a glance. ▶ COMPOUND LIBRARY 50+ profiles in plain English: mechanism, half-life, research status, reported side effects, and considerations. Every entry states its regulatory status. ▶ PROGRESS & LEVELS Weight and body-composition charts, progress photos with compare and time-lapse, and an estimated on-board level curve from your logged doses. Educational estimate, not a measurement. ▶ AI ADVISOR & COMMUNITY Q&A Short, plain-English answers to educational questions, plus a moderated peer forum. The AI will not recommend a dose, titration, or protocol, and routes medical questions to a provider. You're talking to an AI, not a clinician. Does PeptidePal work with prescribed GLP-1s? Yes — track Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro® or Zepbound® with the same scheduling, rotation, and supply tools. Dosing decisions belong with your prescriber. Is my data safe with PeptidePal? Peptide Injection Tracker is a focused, private way to organize your own injection records—without creating an account, seeing ads, or sharing a health profile. SEE WHAT'S NEXT Open Today for your next reminder, recent activity, weekly count, and a fast way to add an entry. A short setup checklist helps you add only the tools you want. LOG YOUR OWN RECORDS Record the peptide name, amount, unit, route, time, injection site, notes, and optional symptoms. Backdate entries when needed, then edit or delete them from your history. REVIEW ONE CALENDAR Build the schedule you already follow using selected weekdays or an every-N-days interval, a start date, optional end date, and pause/resume controls. Browse across months to see planned, completed, and missed occurrences. A same-day log completes the matching occurrence. The app does not supply a preset regimen. TRACK ACTIVE VIALS Enter a starting amount and your own low-supply threshold. Remaining supply is derived from matching injection logs, so editing, deleting, backdating, or changing a logged amount automatically reconciles the estimate. Optional expiry dates stay visible on the device. REVIEW SITE HISTORY Use the visual Sites screen to see when each location was last recorded. Color bands represent elapsed time only and do not provide medical guidance. KEEP YOUR RECORDS PORTABLE Review your full history for free. Pro adds PDF and CSV export, active-vial inventory, flexible schedules, and support for multiple peptides. REFERENCE TOOLS, WHEN YOU WANT THEM Open Settings to find the peptide library, amino acid reference, quiz, and general concentration tool. The concentration tool performs amount-per-volume unit math and does not calculate an amount to administer. PRIVATE BY DESIGN - Stored on your iPhone - No account - No ads - No analytics or tracking - Optional Face ID app lock Peptide Injection Tracker is for personal recordkeeping and educational reference only. It is not medical advice or a medical device, and it does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend, source, or verify any substance, amount, treatment, or protocol. Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Peptide Injection Tracker at 100% against PeptidePal's 30%. Peptide Injection Tracker also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). PeptidePal's advantage is ratings volume (4.8K vs 1) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PeptidePal sells 19 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Peptide Injection Tracker sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Peptide Injection Tracker holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PeptidePal has 4.8K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 30% of PeptidePal's written reviews are positive against 100% of Peptide Injection Tracker's.
PeptidePal ships an update every 5 days, Peptide Injection Tracker every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
