The weight you lift becomes a letter. Not fake XP — the actual iron on the bar. Log one set. The System estimates your one-rep max, compares it to strength standards calibrated to your sex, age and bodyweight, and gives six body regions a letter: E, D, C, B, A, S, National. Your first rank arrives in your first session — free. Other apps award invented XP and badges; raw logs give numbers without meaning. Is a 90 kg bench good? The System shows your rank and what to do next. Squat, bench and deadlift thresholds come from OpenPowerlifting's open competition data. Shoulder, arm and core thresholds rest on published estimates, to be recalibrated with beta data. We do not hide which is which. YOUR WEAKEST LINK COUNTS DOUBLE Your overall Hunter Rank averages all six regions, and an unmeasured region counts as zero: a weak lift can only raise your letter, never lower it. It also names the cause: no main lift logged, untrained, stalled or behind. THE AWAKENING — IN FRONT OF THE PAYWALL Three questions and your best recent lifts. The System calibrates and reveals your first ranks. Skip any lift you have not measured; an unmeasured region stays unranked, never guessed. WHAT COMES NEXT One question answered: what must you do to reach the next letter? Target 1RM, how many weeks, this week's working set — from your measurements, not a stock template. BUILT FOR THE GYM FLOOR Supersets, drop sets, timed holds. RPE from 6 to 10 in half-point steps. A live 1RM estimate that updates as you type. A plate calculator showing what to load. And a rest timer that survives backgrounding, then vibrates and chimes (both optional). APPLE HEALTH Bodyweight is the denominator of every rank, and a typed weight goes stale. Read the latest body mass from Health with one tap; the app reads no other Health data and never writes to Health. If signed in, the selected profile weight is included in cloud backup. Old or unusual readings are skipped or confirmed with you. YOUR STREAK DOES NOT PUNISH YOU The streak is weekly, not daily: a rest day is physiologically correct, not punishable. Freezes are earned by training, never bought. A broken streak is never shown back. YOUR RANK CANNOT BE BOUGHT No payment, at any price, will move a single letter. Not a promise — architecture: the ranking engine cannot see your subscription status. You cannot enter coefficients for your own movements either, so rank cannot be faked, not just bought. FREE FOREVER The Awakening and your first rank reveal. Unlimited logging, live 1RM, plate calculator. Complete history, never capped. All six region ranks. Every rank-up ceremony. Your quest and this week's target. The weekly streak. Rank card sharing. CSV export. Cloud backup. An offline coach for asking about your data. WHAT SYSTEM ASCENDANT ADDS Recovery protocol (weekly plan for your weakest region) · periodized quest chains · rank projection (weeks to the next letter) · the weekly report · deep analysis (regional growth rates and balance) · measurement trends · auto-progression · HUD themes. Your first 7 days are a full ASCENDANT trial — no payment method and no paid subscription starts. Then you return to the free tier; nothing is deleted. Choose a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Apple shows the price and renewal terms before purchase. You can cancel any time in your Apple ID subscription settings. YOUR DATA An account is optional. Log workouts offline and use your ranks without signing in; create an account only for cloud backup across devices. No ads, no data selling. Export your log as CSV, delete your account from inside the app. Nutrition targets are informational, not medical advice. The coach is rule-based and runs on your device; the AI coach is not enabled in this build.
