Trading Agent Data

Trading Agent lets you look up the financial statements that companies file with official registers and regulators. Every figure carries a filing date and the name of the register that holds it. WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE APP ⢠Search by company name or register number. One search covers about 2.75 million companies and registered charities in eight countries. ⢠Open a company to read its latest filed figures: revenue, net income, operating income, assets, liabilities, equity and cash where the filing reports them, with ratios worked out from them. Each page shows the fiscal year, the filing date, the accounting basis and the source register, with a link to the register's own page. ⢠Check coverage for a list. Paste or upload up to 1,000 company names or identifiers and see, line by line, whether we hold filings, which entity matched and which fiscal years are on file. ⢠Browse sample rows from all eight sources, with values, units and filing dates. ⢠Read the developer documentation: the REST API, the Python package and the MCP server, with request examples and rate limits. ⢠Sign in to see or revoke your API keys. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. EIGHT SOURCES Figures come from the bodies that hold the filings: ⢠France: INPI, Registre national des entreprises (about 1.49 million companies) ⢠Belgium: National Bank of Belgium, Central Balance Sheet Office (about 674,000) ⢠Denmark: Danish Business Authority (about 549,000) ⢠United States: SEC EDGAR (about 7,200 filers) ⢠Japan: Financial Services Agency, EDINET (about 5,000 filers) ⢠Taiwan: Taiwan Stock Exchange, MOPS (about 2,700) ⢠South Korea: Financial Supervisory Service, OpenDART (about 2,200) ⢠New Zealand: Charities Register (about 27,000 registered charities) Most of these are private companies with no stock market listing. HOW THE FIGURES ARE KEPT ⢠Each figure is tied to the filing it came from, with a filing date: the register's date in most countries, the statutory filing deadline in Taiwan. ⢠Nothing is estimated. If a filer does not report a figure, it stays empty; the only figures we add are simple arithmetic from the same filing, such as liabilities as assets minus equity. Small Belgian and Danish companies, for example, may legally publish gross profit instead of turnover. ⢠Accounts from different countries follow different rules, and some are a single company's own accounts rather than group accounts. Each company page shows the basis of its figures. ⢠Each register's attribution notice is shown with its figures. We do not audit or correct what companies file. WHAT IT IS NOT Trading Agent shows filed figures only. It has no stock quotes, no ratings and no investment recommendations, and it does not execute trades. Operated by WU Capital Limited, a New Zealand company. Questions: contact@tradingagentapp.com
