About

Protodose

Features

Protodose is a private personal routine tracker for adults who want a clear, reviewable record of the plan they enter themselves. Start by adding your own protocol details. Today then shows what is scheduled, with a clear choice to confirm, skip, or log an entry late. Every confirmed entry can be undone from Today. USER-INPUT CONCENTRATION CONVERSION Enter your own vial strength, liquid volume, dose, and syringe scale. Protodose shows the resulting volume and syringe units from those inputs. It does not recommend a concentration or dose. SUPPLY THAT MATCHES REAL LIFE Keep separate vial, pen, or other supply lots with preparation/open and expiry dates, batch/source notes, and remaining amount. Choose a supply when you confirm an entry; only then is its amount reduced. A PRIVATE ROUTINE RECORD - Daily, specific-day, every-X-day, and cycle schedules - Saved site history with a suggested next saved site - Calendar-ready dose history with confirm, skip, late, and undo actions - Optional self-reported weight, energy, sleep, and symptom observations - Local routine reminders scheduled ahead with a visible final scheduled date - User-initiated CSV and PDF exports plus a private local backup copy Your protocol, dose, notes, supply, and check-in details stay on your device. You choose whether to export or share a file. Protodose is for personal tracking and education only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER Protodose is intended for educational, informational, and record-keeping purposes only.
