HO Smart Ring vs GatherTime

The HO Smart Ring App is the companion app for the HO Smart Ring, designed to track your daily activity and manage your device. CORE FEATURES • Fingertip Interaction — A built-in LED and vibration motor deliver dual alerts through light pulses and haptic feedback, so every status change is felt the instant it happens. • Activity Tracking — Automatically records steps, distance, and calories burned. Multiple sport modes capture a complete picture of your daily activity. • Data Dashboard — Clean charts reveal daily, weekly, and monthly trends, helping you spot patterns and fine-tune your routine. • Device Management — Quick Bluetooth pairing, instant data sync, and one-tap firmware updates. WHY HO SMART RING APP Light — Far lighter than a watch. Put it on and forget it's there, with tracking so seamless you'll never notice. Simple — Open the app to see all your data at a glance. Intuitive by design. Private — Your data stays only on your device and in your private cloud. Put on the ring, open the app — your health data records itself. Note: When multi-sport mode is enabled, the app may access your location in the background to record your workout route. Continued background use of GPS may decrease battery life. The app reads your ring's steps, distance, and other activity data and writes them to Apple Health via HealthKit.
