At MidRound we don't think a fight is settled just by reach, height and the last 5 results. The 2 fighters in the cage are people. One is fighting a week after a funeral; one just became a father; one changed camps in the spring and has a new voice in the corner. Those things shape a fight as surely as a record does, and they are the things nobody measures. We do. Open any bout and see what has been published about both fighters in the weeks before the fight, and what history did when fighters were in the same situation. WHAT IT FINDS Camp changes, injuries disclosed in interviews, weight and physical condition, travel and how far each fighter came, personal news and stated plans. Every discovery names its source and says how well it is supported, from confirmed by the fighter to reported by one outlet. No more looking through each individual fighter's social platforms or news reports/outlets meticulously to find an edge, its all here! WHAT HISTORY SAYS Every fighter's situation is checked against the UFC record: returning from a long layoff, coming off a knockout loss, fighting at 35 or older, 8 years younger than the opponent, a first title defence, a long haul to the venue, and much, much more. Each pattern shows how often it played out and over how many fights. Patterns are pre-registered and measured, not picked because they look good. THE TALE OF THE TAPE Record, last 5, streak, days since the last fight, age, rounds of Octagon mileage, the weight move, and how far each fighter travelled + elevations they're used to. WHAT IT IS NOT MidRound gives no picks, no odds and no predictions. It reports what has been published and what has happened before, with the numbers behind every claim, and leaves the judgement to you. FREE AND PRO Free shows every card and every bout, the tale of the tape, context and limited discoveries, and the patterns with some measurable effect. Pro opens the complete research: every discovery on every bout, the rate and sample behind every pattern, how each fighter tends to get stopped, the head-to-head, and a short read of the whole fight. Research refreshes several times a day. Every fight screen shows when it was last checked. Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed yearly or monthly through your Apple ID.
