About

Corbel · Smoking Tracker

Corbel counts your cigarettes. It does not coach. No quit date unless you ask for one. No streaks to break. Nothing you can fail. One tap records a cigarette; everything else in the app is what that log adds up to. LOG FROM ANYWHERE • One tap in the app, with an optional sheet afterwards: what set it off, how much you wanted it • Home Screen widgets that log without opening the app • Lock Screen widgets with today's count and the time since the last one • Control Center buttons for logging and for the craving timer • Apple Watch: the count, the time since, + LOG, undo, the craving timer, and a complication for the watch face • Siri and Shortcuts: "Log one in Corbel", "How many today in Corbel", "Start a craving timer in Corbel" TODAY • The count, the time since the last one, and the day drawn hour by hour • A dashed goal line that starts level with the day you described. Crossing it does nothing — no alert, no colour change, no streak lost. Hide it whenever you like. • Recorded spend for today, this week and this month THE CRAVING TIMER • A craving crests in about three minutes, smoked or not. Start the timer and breathe with the ring. • Runs as a Live Activity in the Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen • Both ways it can end are recorded the same way. Neither is the wrong answer. TRENDS • Week, month and year: every day's count, the lightest and heaviest days, the heaviest hour • What usually sets it off, from the triggers you attach • A year heatmap, one square per day BODY • What changes since the last cigarette — 20 minutes, 8 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, 12 weeks — following NHS Better Health guidance. Every timer restarts when you log. That is how the body works too. RECORDED SPEND • What the log says you bought, at the pack price you set. Not what you saved. • Today, this week, this month, and a year at this rate JOURNAL • One entry a day. The log writes the first line; you write the rest, with tags of your own. • Add an entry that was missed. Swipe one away. PRIVACY • No account. No analytics. No ads. The log never leaves your iPhone; the Watch gets what it needs from the phone directly. • Export everything as CSV at any time. • A daily reminder is available, off by default, and never says more than "Anything to record today?" Available in 32 languages. Privacy policy: https://radulysandor.github.io Terms of use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
