Record your time outside. See your own progress. Brisk is a private GPS activity tracker for runs, walks, bike rides and hikes. Start an outing, follow your key numbers, and keep a personal journal of where you went. No ads or public feed. RECORD YOUR WAY • Track distance, time, pace or cycling speed, elevation and splits. • Choose a live map or a simple numbers view. • Hear optional distance and pace updates each kilometer or mile. • Use manual laps, optional auto-pause and hold-to-finish controls. • Record with the screen locked, or choose to keep it awake. • Add treadmill sessions and other workouts manually. KEEP A USEFUL ACTIVITY JOURNAL Find past workouts in a list or calendar. Add notes, favorites and gear, compare activities, and review weekly, monthly and yearly totals by sport. Set a weekly distance goal and see your progress. REVISIT YOUR ROUTES Save a route from a workout or import a compatible file. Follow a route line, check your progress and use off-route alerts. Route guidance is a reference, not turn-by-turn navigation or an emergency service. USE YOUR APPLE WATCH Record on a compatible Apple Watch, including heart rate, and transfer completed workouts to Brisk on your iPhone. A paired Watch can also show a phone-recorded workout. Apple Health access is optional. BRING YOUR HISTORY. KEEP YOUR CHOICE. Import compatible GPX, TCX and FIT activity files, or choose workouts from Apple Health. Available route and heart-rate detail depends on the source and permissions. Export GPX routes or activity reports, and create a Brisk backup. YOUR PRIVATE ACCOUNT Sign in with Google or Apple. Workouts are saved locally and synced to your account when connected. Interrupted recordings can be recovered when saved data is available. Choose what to include when you share a workout card. OPTIONAL BRISK PRO Go deeper with all-time best-effort analysis, 12-week trends, monthly recaps and per-split pace analysis. Pro also includes the full nine-week beginner run/walk program, which builds toward 25 minutes of continuous running; distance varies with your pace. Try the first week and use quick run/walk intervals for free. Choose a monthly or annual subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. An annual free trial may be available to eligible customers. The purchase screen shows your local price, trial eligibility and renewal terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled; manage them in your App Store account settings. GPS and health data depend on your device, signal and permissions. Recording without a network connection does not mean map imagery is available offline. Advanced offline maps require separately supplied compatible MBTiles files. Privacy: https://apponance.com/brisk/privacy Terms: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
