Blip puts honest device stats, a real benchmark, and serious network tools on your iPhone and iPad — the same featherlight philosophy as Blip for Mac — free, in one app. Overview — live cards for CPU, memory, storage, battery, thermal state, and network. Tap any card for full details: memory breakdown, load averages, core counts, boot-derived uptime, local IPs with tap-to-copy, tap-to-reveal public IP, VPN and radio awareness. Honest suggestions appear only when a real signal fires. Blip Bench — CPU, memory, GPU, and Neural Engine throughput in Blip's fixed reference units, comparable across every device running Blip. The full profile adds a sustained phase that measures thermal throttling, with results animating in leg by leg. Speed — test against the public OpenSpeedTest service or your own self-hosted server. Download and upload draw as separate curves, latency is measured idle and under load (bufferbloat), and every result is graded per activity: browsing, HD and 4K streaming, video calls, cloud gaming, big uploads. Network — ping and traceroute with per-hop latency, timeout detection, and an offline GeoIP map of the route. The location database is downloaded once and lookups never leave your device. Storage — sequential disk speed tests on internal storage or any volume you can reach in Files, caching disabled and flush included. Widgets — bench score, storage, and last speed test on your Home Screen, each stamped with its age. Shortcuts — run benchmarks and speed tests or capture a full stats snapshot from Automations. No accounts, no ads, no tracking. Everything Blip shows is what iOS honestly exposes to a well-behaved app.

RynDevice shows you everything your iPhone can tell you about itself — clearly organized, honestly labeled, and readable offline. ■ 19 categories, every value in one place Device, System/OS, CPU, Graphics, Memory, Storage, Battery, Display, Camera, Network, Sensors, Location, Connectivity, Sound & Media, Security, Hardware features, Thermal — plus test tools and settings. ■ Live sensor graphs View readings from the accelerometer, gyroscope and other sensors in real time, with per-axis charts and full technical details. ■ 9 hardware tests Display, touch, speaker, microphone, camera, flashlight, vibration, GPS and sensors — pass/fail per test, with a shareable report. Handy when checking a used phone before buying or selling. ■ See where every value comes from Turn on “Value source” to see the exact iOS API behind each value (utsname.machine, ProcessInfo, …). Built for developers and QA. ■ Honest about limits When iOS doesn’t expose a value (serial number, IMEI, …), RynDevice says “Restricted” instead of guessing — never a made-up number. ■ Permissions only when needed Permissions are requested only on the screens that actually need them, with a clear reason — and you can decline and keep using everything else. ■ Works offline All device info and tests work without a network. ■ Light & dark, 5 languages A first-class dark mode, and full support for English, 한국어, 日本語, Deutsch and Português (Brasil). Your device data is read to be shown on screen. Exports leave the device only when you share them yourself. Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Blip Stats at none against RynDevice's shown. Blip Stats also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
